Southeast Realty handles our rental property. Cindy is up to date on laws, rental agreements , non payments and bank drafts . If our tenant fails to pay she finds out the problem and tries to work it out before notice to evacuate is issued . They have friendly staff always willing to help and available anytime. Cindy Jo Olgesby is the most awesome real estate I have ever come a crossed. Highly knowledgeable of the local area with awesome advise on where to shop and go locally. On the buying front she is equally awesome. She listened to me and knew what I was looking for better than I did. She also did not shove her listings at me. She honestly did her best to find what I was looking for, not what she had to sell. No distance was to far, nor was there a limit to her patents on how many houses we visited. Cool thing she was interested in not just finding the right house but the right neighborhood. I have been in my house for four months now, I get along with and enjoy the company of my neighbors. The house is everything |I had hoped for and more. I will probably never need another real estate agent (Should be my last house) but if I was going to buy again I would not hesitate to ensure Cindy was on my team. One last thing, even though the house buying/selling is in the past, done and did, I can still count on Cindy's help/advice on anything I need in the local area.
