I cannot express how impressed I was with the service I received today from Andrew Brown. He was extremely kind, patient, and friendly. I didn't feel as if he was trying to sell me the most expensive plan, he gave me options, talked through what I needed and provided me with exceptional service. I honestly am considering of changing to Verizon just because of the excellent service I received from Andrew Brown.
Plus, he had his daughter there for "bring your child to work day" and she graciously played with my little boy as Mr. Brown assisted me. I wish I could give more than 5 starts - Thank you!

My sales person was Luis Diaz. WOW! I've never had a better experience at a phone store!!! He was incredible. I stopped back the next day and he wasn't there. The person who waited on me, Sean Baldwin, was the polar opposite. I will always see Luis in the future. Kudos!

David Bland did an awesome job today helping me to learn how to use my apple watch! I’ve had it for almost a year and have never used it! So now I fell so much more confident to begin to use it! THANK YOU!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews especially not positive ones, but the customer service provided by David Bland was exceptional. He was very thorough in explaining products, services, and disclosures. David was able to answer all my questions without leaving a stone unturned. He made phone buying a thrilling experience and helped me figure out the best product for me. After living in highlands county for 11 years I can without a doubt say that David provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in this area. I plan on sending all friends and family members to David knowing they will have a great experience.

Staff was friendly and very eager to assist me as soon as I walked in... It feels great to be the customer who feels appreciated and not a bother... I got what I needed, although the salesman tried to get me in a brand new offer... I'M COOL... Thanks for the memories... I'll be back to this store because of the friendly patient staff and management... Kudos to the staff...

Kaleb was our customer service representative. He was very knowledgeable , helpful, and efficient. My husband and I were there because we needed new phones after having our present ones for many years. Kaleb answered all of our questions and went out of his way to help us stay in our budget. We are grateful for his assistance. This store has a very pleasant atmosphere, even though it was busy, it was not chaotic like others I have been in. If you need a new phone I recommend this store and Kaleb.

I was here at this location in Sebring FL. And my 6 ft. Charging cord the end that inserts into phone came off. David was able to replace with a new cord. David for us as customers in that location is the most accommodating friendly. A true people person and problem solver. Thanx David for always making any problem with our phones right!

We felt welcomed and as if we were the only customers from the moment the door was held open for us and a friendly "good afternoon, what can we do to be of service to you today", to the completion of our business. Every member of the staff was friendly and courteous. This was such a welcomed change, no waiting or feeling like you are a cash machine. If you are considering a new cellular plan or phone, don't hesitate to see these folks, you will be glad you did.

Worst service I ever had. Three people in the place the other two couldn't help me at all or answer my questions about the new phone I received would not recommend Verizon

Just wanted to give a big thanks to Julio for his patience and great service to my family and I. I had all my 4 kids (toddlers) and he never lost patience with us and made sure we left happy. Now a days it’s hard to find good people like Julio who want you to leave happy and appreciated.
