Staybridge Suites Tysons - McLean, an IHG Hotel

This place was awesome. Free breakfast had choices of fruit and two waffle irons available with hot plates having omletts, home fries, sausage. A cereal bar, juice and soda bar. Front Desk people were kind enough to help us get some ketchup at 11pm at night after a snack run. The suites are super clean. The beds, while small are cozy and just the right amount of soft and firm. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the room with silverware, mini kitchenette etc. Perfect bang for our buck, we will be coming back! We will be bringing our furry baby next time so she can enjoy a vacation too. This location is dog friendly without smelling or looking like it. Even the pool is gorgeous. Shaded and a bit smaller, still can fit round twenty comfortably. With a life guard on duty. Loved it here.

I would like to thank Beverly for her exceptional customer service and friendly disposition. She was extremely helpful and professional. Awesome first impression. Great location, rooms, and parking. Didn't have time to check out the pool (maybe next time). Overall, a great stay for work.

I hope I am not too easy but I am comparing between hotels. This Staybridge is walking distance to about a dozen restaurants; it is modern, and they had a god sized staff. Free laundry and breakfast; large private pool and a manager reception on Mon., Tues., and Wed. Suites have all you need and though they only clean the room once a week, they were quick to replace any items you might need.

Michael at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and my crew. I run a moving company based out of Greenville SC, and when we arrived I noticed the parking lot would not accommodate our 2 trucks. He showed me secret parking spots on the street where we could safely leave our trucks without having to worry if they would be towed. Also he was resourceful on restaurant recommendations for the weekend. He deserves recognition for his professionalism!

This has been the best stay I've had in a long while, was simple and easy to check in, the rooms are clean and comfortable, soft beds and pillows! AC worked great until about the last day dunno if it was working right or not was hot the last night but overall good! Hallways were humid but other than that the amenities are great like breakfast was good very traditional and delicious as well I have enjoyed my stay and will stay again! 😁 The couple in Room 413

Very nice suites. The whole facility is very clean and well maintained, including the cozy grilling and outdoor spaces in the courtyard. Reasonably priced, especially for inside the beltway. Big shoutout to Beverly, the charming and super-helpful receptionist!

Very nice hotel. The room I had, I had a mini kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. This place is designed for long stays. Conveniently outside DC and Arlington. Pet friendly.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at! The full kitchen with separate bedrooms with their own bathroom is fantastic! Complete privacy. Great continental breakfast. Everything was clean and pleasant. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had at any hotel on a business trip. I travel a lot in my line of work and have spent many nights at hotels across the country but it’s rare to have the service I received at the StayBridge here in Tyson/Mclean. The front desk gentleman, Micheal, went above and beyond. He went out of his way to make sure my room was to my liking, ensured the room had the accessories needed for a long stay and also took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of navigating DC. There are no guarantees in life, but I do believe you will not be disappointed in your experience here.

Im a picky traveler, and I’m in hospitality, in my career. That’s why I’m surprising myself writing this glowing review. Our family stayed at Staybridge last week. We had to make changes to our reservations and worried it would be time consuming and expected pushback. We of course paid for our changes, but we didn’t feel gauged while dealing changes a day before.

Instead we had a real person, Michael, with real problem solving skills. I cannot say how welcome that is in this day and age, and how relieved we were for this trip, but then know that we can look forward to our next stays there. Helps a lot for our family dynamic (health issues and aging mother) to have such kindness and hospitality.

Sorry to not have a photo but trust me it’s be of Michael! the rooms and linens deserve photos too. We had a suite, well two with Michael’s problem solving skills. Nice layout. Very comfortable.

Service at this hotel is fantastic! Michael really helped us with all the changes we needed to make for our stay and was super helpful when we had to extend our stay by a few days in peak holiday season. Definitely a place to return to when in the area.

Traveled for work from Feb-May 2023, felt very at home, like having my own apartment rather than just a hotel room, the included breakfast was good (especially the biscuits and gravy!) Staff friendly and helpful- special shout outs to Beverly and Angel who really made me feel welcome. Thanks, ladies!!

Amazing hotel. Incredible staff. Angel, Jonathan and the whole team took care of everything during my multi-week stay here. They were the friendliest, most positive, helpful group. The hotel itself is the cleanest and quietest hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the U.S. The staff seems to place a particular emphasis on customer service, cleanliness, and ensuring a quiet space. I would stay here again anytime. If I could give the hotel team six stars I would!

I have frequented Staybridge Suites, Mclean, VA since 2007 due to their superior service, value, amenities and comfort. First choice in the area hands down. I’m pleased to add that during my recent stay the staff, including Jonathon, Angel, Michael and Beverly, went way above the call of duty to assist this Baby Boomer (hey, you need an 8-track fixed I’m your guy!) with a particularly hellish IT challenge in applying for an on-line travel visa. Due to my IT incompetence, this Icelandic Saga went on for a few days in which the above able crew devoted amazing time, effort, skill and patience in solving my Visa dilemma and getting me on the road. And all well outside the scope of their normal duties. Geek Squad along with your breakfast, not bad! Loyal lodger for life. Thanks! Phil M.

One of my best stays during my first trip to the States. Totally loved the ambience of the hotel.. They have biiiiggg rooms and a small kitchen setup.... the surroundings are so soothing. Also has a nice supermarket right next to the hotel. Very happy with the services provided. They offer complementary breakfast and also have happy hours. I will always remember my stay in the hotel for the nice services and pleasant surroundings.

Property was excellent. Jonathan and Angel are knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations. Everyone was so friendly when we were coming and going. The hotel was quiet, very clean and we loved our 2 bedroom suite on the 5th floor. We stayed 6 nights. We took full advantage of the kitchen and went downstairs for breakfast. The beds were soft and so were the linens. Only a 15 minute drive to DC. There is a Safeway 5 minutes away and many good restaurants close by. We were very happy with our stay. No complaints at all. We felt very safe staying here and highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and likeable floor layouts for the king studio I stayed at. They has a small outdoor pool with a life guard at all times of the pool hrs. The garden in the back has lots of tables and several big gas grills to use. Shaded sitting areas as well. Had a relaxing vibe to it. There free laundry, free parking, free quality breakfast, a small gym etc. I'd 100% recommend.
