The arrangement I had delivered to an employee was beautiful. They went above and beyond to ensure I received my invoice. I did not expect a call back after they tried to email me my invoice multiple times. (For some reason I never received an email). But they took a picture of the invoice and texted it to me and also sent me a picture of the arrangement! If I ever need to send another arrangement in the Williamsburg area I will definitely order from here again!!

Did an online order yesterday for today for my mother and my niece for mother's Day and they delivered quickly and without issue and they are absolutely gorgeous. Will absolutely be ordering from them in the future

Had a loved one admitted to Williamsburg Sentara the week before Thanksgiving, 2023 and thought it would be nice to send something Christmasy instead of flowers. I tried two other florists, but neither had holiday greens in stock yet. Called Williamsburg Floral, and without hesitation, they created a wonderful option for us! They started with an 8 inch potted pine tree, and added Christmas decorations and some cinnamon sticks in there, so it would smell wonderful and Christmasy for the patient. They quoted me one flat fee for everything, including delivery, and delivered it just a few hours later. I am so impressed with this florist shop, which has been around for a long time and is owned by Williamsburg native. The customer service is phenomenal. Thank you, Elgin, Deanna, and team! Next time we will just call Wmbg Floral first!! 😄

UPDATE A WEEK LATER: This was an even better value than I first realized! It’s not an 8” high tree — it’s an 8” POT, so the tree itself is about 2 feet high!!! It is a Norfolk Island Pine and just gorgeous. There is a sweet little note tied to a branch that tells all about this lovely tree, including how to care for it and that it will grow 6” a year. Everyone who see it comments on how beautiful it is. My mom is delighted with this tree, and so am I!

They saved my life! I had clearly made an error when ordering online and it never got processed. Called them the day of my anniversary wondering where the flowers were. After realizing What happened, they whipped together the BEST FLOWERS EVER and had them delivered within 30 minutes, to her office. I can’t say thank you enough and I can’t explain how amazing the flowers are.

Edit: I have now used this florist exclusively for the last couple of years. They go above and beyond Every. Single. Time. My S/O no longer works in Williamsburg, and I am legitimately worried that I won’t find another florist as great as this one. I will miss you, friends!

Just got married! Thanks guys! Williamsburg Floral worked with me and my resort Concierge @ Kings Creek Plantation to get this set up and had it done before we arrived on our wedding day, She loved it! Thanks again for helping to make the day wonderful for us!

Great locally owned business! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't really know what I wanted but they made a fantastic looking flower arrangement! The cut flowers were fresh and the price was great! Super easy and fast. Highly recommend.

I called Williamsburg Floral 2 days before my 45th wedding anniversary and wanted a "bright & colorful display" delivered to the B&B that we were staying in on the 8th. Those were my only instructions! I told Jennifer (?) I'm in your trusting hands. Today, these flowers are sitting on the dining room table at the Outer Banks and still are "bright & colorful ". My two daughters and their families are reaping the benefits of a gorgeous floral display.

It really put me at ease when picking out a floral arrangement for my Uncle that had just passed . I mentioned how much he loved music and I thought it would be nice to add some music notes to the arrangement. It brought tears to my eyes of joy that you all went the extra mile to fulfill my request and honored my Uncle . We recently used Williamsburg Floral & Gifts to do our wedding. We were beyond pleased with our entire experience from start to finish. Allison was quick to get us in for a consultation. I gave her a VERY rough idea of my vision, and she absolutely nailed the look I was going for on the first try. We were also incredibly pleased with the total cost. Their prices came in under what we were quoted from two other local whole-sale shops which would have required us to make the arrangements ourselves. She arranged everything from start to finish and made the whole process incredibly smooth. I didn't have to lift a finger.The arrangements and my bouquet were absolutely gorgeous and very unique. Would highly recommend.

This flower shop is amazing!! I found out they are a local owned business and I needed some flower arrangements not only for my anniversary but for my local church event as well and they 100% pulled through and did an amazing job! The flowers were beautiful and extremely fresh!! The staff is very professional and they catered to everything I was looking for in a beautiful floral arrangement!! Even with the ever changing state guidelines due to Covid, Williamsburg Floral could not have been more flexible and accommodating. The wedding went from inside to outside and back inside again and the floral arrangements had to be changed each time! Elgin and his staff pitched in and my every request was met and then some. The result was an abundance of lovely flowers and greenery that made Wessex Hundred at the Winery magical!

We went with Williamsburg Floral for our wedding at the winery. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. We had a slight vision of what we wanted, but at the same time we had no idea. Elgin was very patient with us and really captured what we were looking for. Everything from the bouquets to the center pieces were even better than we imagined them! They even thought of the little things like leaving delicate flowers to put in my hair. The memories that we have of our big day, we will cherish forever. Incredible service, super thoughtful arrangement, and very timely. I called on Friday and shared that we wanted to send a basket for loved ones going through a hard time. Wendy recommended options, and when the basket was delivered on Saturday, the recipient was so grateful, and we were so grateful to feel like we helped in some small way. Unique and incredibly artistic work by an attentive, professional, and reliable staff, I was lucky to find them. I can see why they have been voted "Best Florist in Williamsburg" multiple times, they are absolutely the best in the whole area. Very experienced floral shop, with amazing references and photos from all sizes/types of events! When I was shopping for wedding arrangements and bouquets I was so impressed with their creativity, and ability to translate exactly what I wanted into a gorgeous reality, even better than I had envisioned. Best decision I ever made. The shop is beautifully done, too, with lots of extras for the home, hard to resist.

I was warmly greeted by the manager, Wendy Hall. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly which flowers where perfect for my grandmothers corsage. It was made so quick considering that we just walked in. The store felt like a beautiful, enchanted fairy garden. And the corsage was one of the most beautiful arrangements of flowers I had ever seen, my grandmother was SO happy when I gave it to her. I couldn't thank Wendy enough! I will definitely be back and will try to recommend Williamsburg Floral to as many people as I can!

We can’t say enough about Elgin, Alison and their staff. They handled all of the floral arrangements for our wedding and completely blew us away. The whole experience could not have been better. To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Would highly recommend them for any event needs.

We hired Williamsburg Floral and Gifts to do our wedding decor and it was BEAUTIFUL! We got so many compliments on the flower arrangements. Elgin transformed the room to give a rustic barn a romantic, candlelit, intimate feel. We had arrangements that varied in size to give the room dimension, and had hanging orchids draping from the chandeliers. It was absolutely breathtaking!

Absolutely wonderful. My recipient was unexpectedly out of town when the flowers were to be delivered, and Williamsburg Floral helped me work around that. They have stayed in communication with me, and even offered to send fresh flowers to my recipient. They are lovely. I would absolutely use them again.
