Comfort Inn Pentagon City

My first time in Washington DC. The room was clean and the service was great. Breakfast was free and tasty. It's located very close to the metro DC area. I would recommend it. There's another hotel in front of it. Be sure to go to the right place.

Great rooms and a wonderful staff. A bit difficult to find as 6 different Uber drivers had trouble finding the front doors of the hotel, stopping at other buildings in error.

Overall, the hotel was great for the price. We stayed 4 nights and had no issues. The breakfast every morning was amazing and had lots of variety. The floors in the room were wood, which was much nicer than the usual carpet in hotel rooms. The staff were all very nice. My one real complaint would be that the breakfast ends at 9am and I wish it went on until 10am, and at 8:50am they start tearing breakfast down. I understand it's a lot to clean, but it's still inconvenient for those still getting breakfast that it's being torn down early. But that's a really small complaint honestly. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a few days while we were visiting Washington DC. We had a really good experience overall. We didn't have any issues with the room. The room looked clean and everything was working properly. They had pretty good food options for breakfast. They stopped serving breakfast at 9, which is a little earlier than usual. It was a little hard to find, but the location was pretty nice overall. It is not a far drive from here to DC. Overall would come back again.

Super nice staff at reception counter! Rooms were very clean, I hadn't noticed anything gross like the majority of other hotels. Very nice large mini fridge with freezer. Strong water pressure in shower. Great location, many food options within 10 minutes and a grocery store 6 minutes away.

Upon arrival I was "walked" to this property from another close by that I had booked originally. To my surprise and instant comfort; the new room had all of the amenities that was originally booked. Microwave, refrigerator, complimentary breakfast, ac and free parking. All the staff that I met were top notch. They offered to help with whatever my current need was, extra coffee, remaking a room key, directions and suggestions. I didn't want to leave. I found the relaxation spot for me! Touring DC and the outlying areas was easy and convenient. This hotel is approximately 5 miles to DC. The Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, Mount Vernon and other historical points of interest are within about the same mileage maybe add 5 or so miles to your time. You shouldn't be disappointed by staying at this property. I will book a room here again if I find the need to be in this area. I stayed 7 nights. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient hotel. Not a new hotel, but rooms have been nicely updated. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff, during these challenging travel days. Excellent location when you are flying in/out of DCA...less than 10 minutes away. Safe area. Francis, a front desk manager, does a great job of making you feel comfortable, during the stay. The breakfast is a gran n' go bag, which is better than some hotels offering nothing.

This place was shockingly good. The stars really under rate the service level they provide. From the point we came to moment we left every single person we met at the hotel was positive, helpful and overall just a great team of people that made me feel right at home. The shuttle bus drivers all were very nice and went above and beyond to ensure we all felt welcome. Just amazing people that work here. The facility was good nothing to complain about, which based on the reviews I read I was expecting something to be wrong. The beds were advertised as doubles but they where queen beds that we slept in. The room was in great shape not one issue. The breakfast was extremely good which was correctly displayed in the reviews I saw. This is a great hotel for an affordable trip to Washington DC. Special shout out the the staff this guy's really deserve it as they all went above and beyond and this was great appreciated.

Our stay here was the best decision, complementary breakfast with variety, hot, different options to eat. My room was clean every day, with a good smell, our towel perfectly clean and soft, all services people were kind and respectful, good location, a little confuse the main entrance because is behind other hotel . I definitely stay here again !!

Wow! Where do I start! This hotel went above n beyond , we were traveling from Ga to Washington DC and we were extremely exhausted in a group of 10 people , We called this hotel and they said they can accommodate us and will not need any information until we get there , they explained everything on the phone , Getting there at 2am, we weren’t sure if we will get any rooms having we called 4 hours before and we didn’t reserve, anyway we went to the one that is called Pentagon and they said they have no rooms as we thought we had just talked to them, anyway they directed us to comfort inn at the back , they have the same address very confusing!!! Anyway the guy at the reception was pleasant, and booked us in for the night ! We had 4 people share a room which was ok! They told us we had Free parking and complimentary breakfast, that sealed the deal! Am happy to report everything was good we slept well and enjoyed the breakfast, Thank you for the great job you do we appreciate your service !! You made our stay memorable, The lady at printed my receipts was also very pleasant!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The stay at Comfort Inn Pentagon city was just like our other stays at comfort inns. It was awesome.. The room was spacious for 4 people and everything was neat. We loved the complimentary breakfast.. We are vegetarian but still had so many options to choose from including hot and flavorful hash brown.. Overall very satisfied with the stay.. Just one minor thing was the shower. The water disposal in the sink took a while but of wasn't a major ISSUE. They also provided complimentary shuttle to DC metro stations.. Will definitely stay here again when u visit DC.

We checked in this week and the young lady at the checkin was beyond phenomenal!! We had a room reserved for 3 nights and it turned out to not have a refrigerator or microwave and my wife has bad food allergies so she has to prepare her own food. The girl did not hesitate to change us to a room with those extra amenities. First class service!! Breakfast is outstanding and an on-site restaurant for an emergency snack.

Honestly one of the BEST HOTELS I have stayed in. They cleaned the room very well, restocked our towles and shampoo items every day, left them room clean as for a next guest. Rooms didn't have a bad oder when walking in. Friendly staff. Workout area was great for a hotel. Pool had a lifeguard (not a big fan) but they kept the pool at pH balanced level, which is good for an enjoyable swim, pool went up to 5ft(in middle more like 6ft when stand in the deep are) large area to swim. BREAKFAST was great great variety not much of a hassle in the morning, coffee machine for different caffeine products(free). Their restaurant (afternoon hrs) has really good options as for desserts do too. Best stay I had in a while.

I absolutely loved staying here. Breakfast was great. The pool was enjoyable. I loved that there was a hotel bar, but I wish that they served a local beer. They do serve food, but I did not eat there. We staying in the 7th floor and the bus was amazing. The room was clean.The staff was great!

Great friendly staff...front desk and all others. Lots to choose from at free breakfast bar. Comfy...oh so comfy bed and pillows. Excellent water pressure in shower...a must for me. Shower curtain was good weight...another must for me. Towels in bathroom were soft and absorbent....another must! Lemon or ice water across from front desk...a nice touch and very refreshing. Very happy with the accomodations.

Great staff, nice breakfast buffet with scrambled egg, bacon, several bread types, make your own waffle machine, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, juice, tea, coffee and milk.
Rooms are spacious, bath room a bit small but very clean. Fridge worked. No ice machine on our floor but there was one a floor below us.
Busstop in front of hotel, not the fastest way to go to the city but good enough while on cacation. Pizzaria at 350m distance to the right of the street. Lots of restaurants at 1.5 km to the left of the street.

Clean, great hot breakfast included, nice staff, easy check in/out. And one of my pet peeves is having no bags in all the little trash bags (or just hanging over the edge. First hotel I've been to it a while that had the bags inside all the cans. Its the little things. 😆

Out of the way, but regular shuttle service gets you where you need to be quickly. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great free breakfast. Restaurant/bar on site with tasty food and drink. Priced well below the big boys in town and well worth it.
