Hilton Arlington

As a diamond member I was quite impressed with the hotel, spacious parking, breakfast, and a courteous staff! At the front desk Deanna was very helpful and quite impressive! She was very knowledgeable and shared what I should expect and my benefits as a diamond member! My room was upgraded and I was treated with respect and the impeccable hospitality! My dinner was amazing! Breakfast was excellent and the waitresses were very courteous and attentive to my needs! The executive lounge was unmatched! Very clean and the hostess was very courteous and helpful! I had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning! Outstanding job!

I was feeling a little discouraged with the Hilton brand after several lackluster out disappointing stays. This Hilton had restored some of my faith in the brand. The service here is what a Hilton should be... friendly, respectful, and attentive. The rooms are clean and nice. We stayed two weeks ago for a couple of days and came back this week... several of the staff even remembered us! Their lounge is very nice, great breakfast and happy hour. Joseph, the bartender, was always friendly and professional.

This is our go-to hotel for the DC area now. I highly recommend giving this Hilton an opportunity to impress you.

I stayed here for My Grandfather’s funeral and we also held the reception here. The rooms are nice, the Event space was great and the service was top notch. Y’all really did a great job. Only thing i didn’t care for was breakfast but considering IHOP is right next door so that’s not really much of a problem.
Funny thing Is I’m a local to the area and mostly just stayed here for strategic carpooling reasons and to be close to family who were also staying in this hotel, however because I’m local I know the area very well and can tell you without a doubt that the Hotel is very conveniently located. It’s close to multiple stores and restaurants and is Right on the metro with a Station in the exact same block. If you’re planning a trip to Washington DC but don’t wanna stay in the city, this hotel is a great choice.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Arlington Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a great experience!

We stayed here for our first trip to DC and stayed at this location for 4 days 3 nights.. It was myself, my mother and my kids ages 7 and 10. The location is great. Right next to the metro, which was amazingly clean, next to starbucks and ihop and some other local resteraunts. I liked that the hotel had parking for our rental car, which we only used to get to BWI Airport. The room itself was okay. Clean, but nothing super special. We did have a microwave, fridge, with coffees and tea. Next to the elevators, there were drink machines and a drink fridge downstairs by the lobby. Checking and out was easy. I would stay here again.

The staff here were very friendly and professional and assisted us with a reservation issue. The hotel is conveniently located and our room was very quiet with comfy beds. I highly recommend and would return myself.

Very recommended! I love my room and everything about this hotel. Strategic location bcs it is so close with the Ballston metro station, and there are so many options for foods/ restaurants.

Can't get a better location. Just steps off the metro and in the heart of all the main places in Arlington. Most of my meetings were in DC and going back and forth was super easy and convenient. Great staff and the front reception were full of great suggestions of places to go and things to do.

Wonderful service, very nice room, delicious breakfast. Rooms have feather pillows- they do have regular pillows if you ask.

I stayed here in mid-August with my pup. I liked the option of being able to choose my own room and digital key. The room was clean and quiet. As a Hilton Honors Member, I got breakfast included. Breakfast was good and the servers were pleasant and remembered you! The highlight of my stay was the interaction with the front desk staff, especially the assistant Front Desk Manager, Ms. Brown and the Eagles Fan who works with her. I laughed and smiled more than I expected to and looked forward to the interactions. Security was present, which as a solo traveler was welcomed. My pup and I were treated very well. When I return to the area, I will stay at this hotel.

Pros:
Location - Metro Station steps away; about 5 mins or less to the highways
Food - breakfast was good, buffet style. Lots of eateries in the area.
Rooms - Clean and quiet. Pillows were like sleeping on clouds.
Staff - Friendly, professional, VERY accommodating, and funny!
Area - very clean, new buildings, safe

Cons - I had to go home

Just a great all-around property. It's not a resort, but the staff makes you feel so welcome.

I really like this place , wife and I enjoyed our stay, every was just right.

I stayed here with my partner whilst we visited D.C. from England and the hotel was fantastic. It is literally right outside a metro stop which makes it super convenient to get into downtown and to Dulles airport, and there is a direct bus to Georgetown from right outside the hotel.

The rooms are very well sized, modern and clean, and the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

I have to give a special shout-out to Ms Jackson. We left a very important jacket in the hotel room at checkout, and she has gone above and beyond to help us ship it all the way back to the UK! She was so helpful and I am very grateful for her excellent customer service.

I will definitely be staying at the Hilton Arlington next time I visit D.C.!

I am a HH member, i.e. a frequent guest at Hilton Group hotels, as I travel a lot for work. I have unfortunately observed during the past few years that the Hilton hotels in the US are on a deterioration path as the quality of services and facilities gets worst. However, it was a surprisingly fresh breeze to discover and stay at Hilton Arlington. The level of service and facility quality here was on par with a 5-star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Timely and superb cleaning. Cool decorations. Well-maintained facilities. This will be a place where I will stay next time I visit Washington DC.

I am a diamond member and stay in hotels more than my house. The service and hospitality shown by the lady and gentleman on the front desk were top drawer. A package of mine was supposed to have been sent to the hotel but was delivered to the wrong address, and they took it upon themselves to go above and beyond to try to help locate it. Very much appreciated. I’m sorry that I did not get their names!

The hotel is literally located on top of the Ballston metro station. It's extremely convenient for getting around Washington DC and Arlington. The room is a typical Hilton room and it is kept very clean. It is not a brand new Hotel, as you might expect. The free breakfast is good and the people working in it truly try to make it a good experience.

Great hotel in a convenient location. I have stayed here several times and am always impressed with the quality of my stay. The staff in the executive lounge is outstanding, every one of them. The lounge here as a whole is wonderful: really great food options that changes daily, with the exception of the cookies. Those are served all day every day, and they are absolutely delicious. This is our favorite hotel in the DMV area.

Great place to stay in Washington. The staff is EXCEEDINGLY helpful and kind to travelers! The breakfast is great...a bit pricey but remember where you're at.... this hotel is very close to the mall, the Metro, and all sights you want to see. The taxi service in DC is wonderful and the drivers are kind. We attended a conference at the Hilton and the serving staff is amazing and professional. The room service is well organized and prompt. When you call the front desk to ask questions they want to help you every time. Next time I'm traveling individually in Washington this Hilton will be my destination. Thank you for a GREAT experience and for your thoughtful and kind staff.

We attended a Memorial event in one of the ballrooms on the mezzanine level on 4/4/23. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were impeccable! Staff were polite & helpful. Would definitely recommend friends to visit here!

I wanted to give special thanks to this hotel for taking care of my folks over the fourth of July weekend. I had four family members fly in from California, and they chose to stay here because of its proximity to our house and the city. Firstly,.the rooms themselves are very spacious, and the amenities were super awesome! My family mentioned that the staff here really went out of their way to make their stay special. Even my own interactions with some of the employees were always great. The thing that we liked best about the hotel was its location. There is a mall just a short elevator ride down to the lower level, and they have a food court and several major retailers. Whats more, the metro station is located right downstairs, so we were all able to travel downtown to see the fireworks without the hassle of driving or searching for parking. My people will for sure choose this hotel again the next time they come to visit us.
