Great store with wonderful selection and great prices. One of the only stores left in the once thriving mall, but still going strong. Xmas items in already.

I visited the Clinique counter and I was so excited to see that Joni was still working there. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about her products. Because of her made my shopping experience so enjoyable and I always get what I came there for and maybe a little more. I will definitely be returning to the store and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and I also want to thank Joni for another great shopping experience!

Great store to shop. Great prices, always good sale prices. Great brands, employees are always helpful... Sad to see that the mall is dead... Hopefully the store won't close here on Sebring FL, because is the best store we have for clothing in Highlands County.

Everyone that works here are so friendly. They actually help customers! I wish they had one closer to where I live. There was a woman walking around asked me if I had the app for the store. Helped me download it and showed me how to navigate through. I had the best shopping experience. We winded up even opening a store card. The kids got all there back to school clothes. Although the mall is disappointing, this store is not. We will definitely be back.

I loved the one on one care, the staff here were excellent and kind. I ordered a few items that we're not in my size in store and had no issues with finding what I wanted. Personally these people are fabulous and very helpful. I've always had the ability to make people smile but rarely do people make me smile, and that's what they did made my day

Ester Lauder cosmetics consultant, Joanne, was great. I purchased the foundation on Saturday and it somehow fell out of my bag. They tried to chase me down but did not know which way I went. When I noticed I did not have it, I called the store the next day. Joanne immediately knew who I was and assured me they would out the makeup in the mail. Not only did she sent the foundation, she also sent a nice gift. Thank you Joanne for all your help! Chris

Enjoyed looking around. Its felt slightly stuffy and hot. I'm not sure why the bigger stores always blame some out of state source for they're heating and cooling issues. I thought we all had thermostats inside the buildings. But what's do I know? I've seen thermostats in side the building. So Im wondering was I able to teleport? I'd say not likely. So someone please find new excuses to why they employee were sweating other than to be sweat shop workers. :) I didn't find what I was looking for while I was there. But the employees were friendly and the store seemed to be well kept other than the out of state people messing with the thermostat.

My first time there. Store needs to be stocked for sure.
It was pretty bare, but it has a lot of potential.

To be such a small town I love going to this Belk because they seem to have new things before their larger City stores do

My first time shopping bought pants didn't fit just right, they not only exchanged the pair I didn't wear, but also exchanged the pair I wore into the store. Awesome experience. It's wonderful, I just moved to Sebring, and I thought I was not ever going to shop at belks. For my surprise there's one here, that made my day, as Belk is my favorite store to shop.

Belk happens to be one of my favorite stores in Florida. They carry a large assortment of designer clothing and of course others. The styles are up-to-date and I have always been able to find something to walk out the door with. When they have a sale it's a good sale, bought one pair of pants got to free. What more can I ask for?

Love our Belks. The ladies in the cosmetic department are great. The go out of their way to help you. The young store manager on duty Sunday was very helpful.

Large selection of cute T-shirts, they have jean shorts by a brand called celebrity pink & they fit absolutely amazing & are so soft! I pretty much will only buy my jean shorts from here because I'm super picky when it comes to material
