Christian Bros has always been good to me! I came in last week desperately needing brakes and rotors after moving cross-country, and Tom did everything he could to work with me to get them taken care of. I came in again this week to get my car inspected and they had me in and out so quickly, and they even put on my new license plate that was sitting in my passenger seat without me even asking. They also gave me a little envelope for my registration and insurance which was super helpful and appreciated. It’s the little things! Thank you!

They got me in quick and got the job done. Kept me updated the whole time while my car was in the shop. Fair pricing but overall great people. I will be back there.

I recently had my 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive Downingtown. The car had a problem starting. I made an appointment to drop the car off on Sunday night and they started checking the car early Monday morning. I told them that I thought the hybrid motor battery may need to be replaced, because it was older. They checked everything and only found an inexpensive problem. They fixed it promptly and even sent a shuttle car to pick me up to get my car. I would highly recommend this service center for their honest service and True Christian Integrity. I can easily see that they follow true Biblical standards in their business operations.

Christian Brothers Automotive shop in Downingtown is very good and reliable, nice staff, great mechanics team, and reasonable prices. They do a great job of taking photos of the specific parts of the car needing work which they send you right away to verify needed repairs so you can decide what you want done before they do the work. Very trust worthy.

I went to the Christian Brothers for help with the Electrical issue I’m having with my car. It’s a huge mystery why my refuses to start if it sits for 3 or more days. The most frustrating thing I’ve ever seen in my 74 yrs.
Anyway, they presented me a very effective and simple solution to my problem. Also, while they had my vehicle, they advised me of other possible issues to be aware of in the future and a free estimate for those issues.
They were fast, efficient, kind and professional.

Love Christian Brothers. I stopped in on my way from work. Had a screw in my tire. They took the time out to fix the car very quickly very nice and will definitely use them again for any Auto needs that I have. The waiting room that they have is very neat clean. I had a great first experience at Christian Brother's Automotive, where I recently took my vehicle for its annual inspection. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. I got the sense that the staff all cares about, and takes pride in, doing their part to make the customer's experience a good one. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the modern, almost homey decor of the customer waiting area. I also very much appreciated the thorough inspection report that was immediately sent to my phone upon completion of the job, which included images of my vehicle's components and their current health status. Everything was very transparent and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in the good hands of honest technicians. Went in for a check engine light, they were very friendly and quick to take me the same day. They gave a detailed diagnosis and estimate with 24hrs. I found them to be reasonable in price, prior to them I was going straight to the dealer for any issue big or small and it’s not worth it. The work on my car was completed swiftly and I was treated very well. I highly recommend their services!!
