Very nice store with reasonable prices, and knowledgeable and honest staff. I took a pool pump here for repair and after diagnosing it, they said that there wasn't anything wrong with the pump, but rather likely something wrong with my wiring to the pump. Didn't charge me to diagnose it, either. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased quite a bit of pool maintenance stuff from them. They are always so helpful and great to deal with. Last evening, my husband took the top of our canister filter and could not get it back on without leaking. I called Pine Run and to inquire about a new canister. They said it was probably just the O ring. I flew out after 5 pm and they installed a new O ring. Sure enough, I was able to screw it back on myself and no leaks!!! Thank you so much Pine Run. You could have charged me for a new canister at hundreds of dollars but were honest enough to fix mine for less than 30.00. I can't say enough about you. BTW...their maintenance products are so superior to box stores like Walmart. Simple thing like test strips. I ran out of the ones I had purchased from them last year. On a Sunday I bought HTH brand ones at Walmart.....expensive Junk!!!! I bought another bottle of the ones Pine Run sells and tossed a 15.00 Walmart HTH bottle in the garbage. Kudos to Pine Run!!!

This is a great store..especially if you have or are thinking of getting a pool or spa..this convenient location offers everthing you might need regarding pools jacuzzi spa and such. If it's not in stock these pool Professionals will help you find and deliver. When I was there I saw a portable type jacuzzi..this looked like a great deal ..it blows up..summer it's out ready for fun and in winter its easily put away out of sight..

Liz is always very pleasant and helpful with whatever your pool needs are. She is also very patient and will explain things to you (sometimes in my case a few times) and you will leave knowing what exactly you need to do with your pool needs.
