Winn-Dixie

This review is not so much about the store itself, but rather this beautiful shade tree on the right side of the building. That's what made me stop here in the first place. I went inside at 10 AM, just as the chicken strips were coming out, which is what I had been craving. Chicken strips and a green salad. The store was clean, well organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Now about that big old shade tree. I had just come over from a 2400 mile road trip. It was the perfect roadside picnic spot for a weary traveler. I couldn't resist. Thank you Winn Dixie for that gorgeous tree. Oh and by the way, the chicken strips were delicious! This one is getting saved to my favorites, and hopefully someday I will return.

Went in and found everything I needed and got 10% off buying 4 bottles of wine. Very clean store and we had a really nice cashier.

Always so friendly and a quick checkout.. and I love the buy one get one products and that they are always stocked up so I can get my favorite snacks and more

Pharmacy and a couple other areas closing out due to Aldi's purchase but the staff is amazing and helpful.

One of favorite stores. Staff is always superb and they carry our favorite non dairy items. The store ja always clean and 99% has in stock what we are looking for.

Many more food types and brands have been added lately. There is no need to run to Jax for hard to find items and fresh produce anymore. Yay!!!!

Great "local feel" business. Staff is always helpful. Meat dept. and Produce is much better than might be expected for this size store. If I had any feedback, it would be to try figuring out how to make crusty rolls in the bakery. I don't know if it's a sourcing issue or the baking procedure but other local supermarkets can do it every day. Just a thought...

This store is always clean, well lit, and well stocked. The prices seem a bit high but I do end up saving $ with the coupons and their sales . Cashier's are always friendly and polite. I have also started going there to pick up western union.

This Winn-Dixie has the best fried chicken and baked chicken of anywhere around! Better than any of the chicken chains! The chicken is juicy and cooked just right! Good Southern food!

A great Winn Dixie store remindedme when the Davises owned it..you need to suport it or you will just have walnart and pubix

Well calling your Deli at the last minute during super-bowl /valentines day weekend on Sunday at noon and asking about specials. Michael answered the phone and had a smile in his voice and patience of a saint. He explained that y’all had reached you max for orders and all but explained that there was still plenty of boxed chicken and sides in the case up for grabs. He had put aside a few boxes for us. Upon our arrival some 20 minutes later he still had that smile from ear to ear as he was helping customers pick up and order items. He quickly guided us to the side orders section. We couldn’t thank him enough he got us all we needed and suggested for us to check out your bakery
specials again y’all hit it outta the park with cupcakes galore. I just had to write because the whole store was a busy and everyone working was actually happy to be there so Thank You for a terrific store

Some creepy old guy harrassed me as I entered the store, and followed me down a couple of aisles. Needless to say, I was afraid; upon checking out, I nervously asked the cashier if someone could walk me to my truck because I was scared of running into him. The cashier was very discreet, and within seconds, a manager and fellow store hand appeared to accompany me. The manager was very understanding. I wish I remembered everyone’s names to properly thank them! Anyways, if you are a woman who feels uncomfortable taking the parking lot on yourself, PLEASE do yourself a favor and ask for help. One hundred percent of the time, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Oh, and I was right; as I pulled out of the parking lot, I saw the man who harrassed me sitting in a truck parked directly beside the entrance. Trust your gut, always!

I like this Winn Dixie. The people are friendly. The pharmacy people are great. The prices are a little higher than the nearby Wal*Mart, but the quality and selection of both meats and produce are MUCH BETTER HERE. The deli food is great here too.
UPDATE 2022. When Lonna left the Pharmacy it went downhill fast. I moved to a different pharmacy but the store is still very good.

Nicely cleaned,well stocked,friendly cashier. Beautiful produce displlay.

The handicap cart was charged. Praise the Lord. Only took a few minutes to get the items I needed, they were discounted, another praise, It is a beautiful thing...

Have great sales which helps Seniors alot. The staff are friendly, remind to use discount card. The people who shop here are also extremely helpful too. Make best Almond Joy Cookies!

Love this store. Very clean. Wish the prices were better cause I still have to shop Walmart for a lot of items. Would rather go to Winn Dixie.

Love my local Winn-Dixie!! The staff are awesome!!! When I had surgery, I called the pharmacy & they already had my scripts filled before I even got off at the exit. The pharmacy is always that quick, & super friendly. The front end staff always smile, you would NEVER know if any of them were having a bad day. The always make conversation & make you feel so welcomed to the store. The bakery, deli, seafood & meat department are just as awesome. Everyone always ask if I need help with anything, & when you do, they are always happy to help. Hands down favorite grocery store in Macclenny, fl.
