I called the shop to find out what they charged for an oil change for my Toyota minivan and spoke with Jimmy, the owner. He assured me that he would have a couple options and that he could take me in as soon as I arrived. Everyone is very friendly and I feel confident that they are treating me right. I heard Jimmy say that he’s had the shop the late 1990s, but has been acquainted with the business for many years prior. A good reputation is of more value than great riches!

My Buick started showing errors and went into reduced power mode on I- 10, As I limped off the interstate, I asked a dump truck driver to refer me to a mechanic that I could trust. I’m so thankful for Jimmy and his team For making this situation as seamless as possible for me and my kids Thankfully, my husband was an hour behind me on 10. We immediately felt the trust I needed to leave my car (Two hours from home) to get fixed. Jimmy and his team helped me through the problem and fixed it. They Kept my car safe, and I was able to pick my car up several days later. I am back
Home safe and I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am about finding Jimmy ‘s automotive!

My man's check engine light came on. I have a code reader and I'm able to replace and reset basic things, but the code I was getting was beyond what I knew how to do, so I decided taking the car to a shop would be better. I was having not so great experiences with other shops in the area, so I decided to take our car here this time because of the good reviews. I had to wait a couple days to drop the car off because they were busy, but the day I dropped it off, they looked at it and had it fixed quickly. It didn't need any new parts, they just needed to reset something, so they charged us for an hour of labor and we were good to go. The service was great and the price was reasonable. The reviews here are true! If we have any more issues, we'll definitely take our cars to Jimmy's.

They were not able to fix my car's issue, but that's because I have a foreign car. They were willing to examine my car to try to figure out the problem, though- at no cost to me. The young woman running the front office was also professional and very kind. My family would definitely come back in the future, if needed. Thanks.

I was getting ready for a long trip for work and needed my tires balanced and rotated. I was greeted by a young lady that let me know immediately they are really busy and had a tight schedule. We went in side of the office and she gave me an appointment for the same day, which is really awesome. I came back later that day (15 minutes late) and my company truck was brought straight to the work area where the work I needed done was done in a fast, friendly, professional manner. I’m not a local guy but I felt at home. Would highly recommend this place for automotive needs!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Jimmy’s Automotive. Not only did they do the repairs sooner than expected, but when I told them I’d have to get a tow truck to bring it back to me since I had no ride there, they delivered it to me! Great people and great service!!!

I had a pretty bad tire issue yesterday, in a town I've never been. Was recommended to goto this place from locals at gas stations. They were amazing. Super friendly,helpful and fast. 100% recommended this place.

Every single person that works at this place is wonderful from Jimmy himself to Missy to the mechanics. I have never had such a great well-rounded experience as I did with this company.

I will not take my car anywhere else!! I get my oil changed at a very reasonable price, The whole crew are awesome, honest mechanics!! Jimmy, the owner is hands on daily. Not one of those business owner's that make everyone else do all the work. Misty in the office is the sweetest & quick on her toes if you need anything. Hands down one of the BEST auto repair shops around!!

So my cousin from Georgia had an job interview in Jacksonville. Luckily a tire went flat tire in route and we thought she'd be late, but we rolled the car over to Jimmy's, told them our situation and you would of thought they were going to be late for a job interview. Extremely great customer service! You can't buy that kind of customer service!

Since moving to Baker County four years ago we have taken both of our vehicles to Jimmy for both service and repairs. It was a blessing and surprise to find someone as honest and caring as Jimmy, even though we were new to town. He is knowlegable, honest, and fair.

Hands down the best shop you could take your car/truck to 🙌🏼I was quoted almost 1300$ at another shop but was advised by my neighbor to take it to Jimmys. Mr. Jimmy called me personally to let me know of each issue. The other shop clearly misdiagnosed my truck. All of my repairs cost well under 50% of what the other shop tried to charge me. TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK TO JIMMY’S!!!

Jimmy's automotive is great small town vehicle repair shop they do tires also and can handle all your 22 24 26 28" low profile tire's. Friendly and helpful staff they earn my trust I highly recommend.

my car was shaking so bad I swore it was gonna fall apart. took Jimmy 5 min to figure out what was wrong and my car was fixed next morning and I couldn't be happier. fixed a couple of other little things and I walked away with both arms and both legs. will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Service. Jimmy will not charge you for repairs you do not need.....unless you just want to spend the money. I had a repair the Hobby Shop on Naval Station Mayport wanted to charge me over $ 400.00. I took it to Jimmys $72.00 and the vehicle has been operating good for over 5 years. I am having a new engine put in my 1991 Nissan Hardbody Pick up Truck and I am having Jimmys do the work.
