We purchased a home under sub termite bond with Southern Fumigation and while we didn’t chose them we are so grateful that they are the company we are “stuck” with! They are the most professional, prompt, and organized company. They are excellent at communicating, their pricing is competitive, and they do amazing work. We have an old historic wood home and have made the decision to undergo a tenting service and it has been the most seamless process. They are also excellent working with our tenants and our tenants feel respected, which is very important to us! We highly recommend this company over the other two companies we also have worked with.

I can't comment on their actual pest control service (which will change in the future as I will be switching to them once my contracts are up) but their customer service is next level (I mean, really stellar). This company is the prime example of why locally owned businesses are worth your time and money--do that extra research, find the locals--it is worth it! Please give them a call, at the very least, you can count on their honesty and integrity to guide to your next decision.

I found what looked like a kick-out hole and drywood termite droppings behind my fridge (which another pest control company confirmed as termite droppings) and promptly started freaking out. After using my Google-Fu and finding out that Southern Fumigation was who many of the larger pest control companies subcontracted out to for fumigation, I figured I might as well go directly to the source since my termite bond only covers subterranean termites.

Kim called me back after I left a message with reception as to why I was interested in their service and not only was she awesome to deal with, she even moved me up on the schedule to have the owners James and Patricia come out to my house the following day first thing in the morning so I could keep another appointment.

When James and Patricia came to take a look at the "termite frass" James looked to me and said "Good news! This isn't termites. Not even bugs!". I don't think I've ever been so relieved in my life! Patricia even took the sample I swept up in days prior for further analysis back at their office.

Later in the afternoon, I received a call from Kim advising that while it isn't bugs, it is possible there is rodent activity as what the sample looked like after comparing pictures online was the grain millet, commonly found in bird seed. While on the phone with her I immediately knew what it was -- my wife has a pet cockatiel and regularly feeds her millet and of course, bird seed. Even if there is a rodent problem (which my 3 lazy cats should hopefully be of use for, but, well, they're lazy cats) that is much better to deal with than termites.

So, while I can't review their service, I can attest to their honesty, integrity, and willingness to problem solve, even if it isn't in their financial interest (I hadn't mentioned, but I was not charged an inspection fee, or any other kind of fee). I've lived in JAX since 2016 and in the past 8 years here, I don't think I've encountered a company with this kind of integrity--until now. I look forward to giving Southern Fumigation and Pest Control my future business and recommending them to whomever needs related services.

What a great crew! Lots of experience! You need to search no further. I had no damage. It looked like they taped up all the sharp edges before putting the tent on. We were out for two nights. They were on time, answered my questions and were proffesional. I highly recommend.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. The estimate process was completed within 7-Days and once approved we received everything electronically for our office to sign and we send all pdf's to tenants to sign. Southern Fumigation, Kim and Annette were both very helpful when we called to see if Southern could help us, we needed to have 3-buildings pretreated, for a construction schedule, and the pretreat needed to be done on a certain day, the tech called us ahead, the tech showed up on time, and performed the service, without any problems, the ladies helping in the office, were very kind, professional and helped fit our service in their current busy schedule. We recommend Southern Fumigation and will use them in the future, should we have a need for their service.

SFPC is very responsive to change in the schedule. They were professional, curious and worked quietly and quickly. They've been my termite fumigator since 2016. I recommend them highly.

I am a resident of Brandywine Apartments in Gainesville Florida (Alachua County). Unfortunately, my apartment building was infested with termites so they had a full fumigation. I was a little stressed about strangers coming into my home, robberies, etc. This company answered all my questions over the phone and really helped me prepare. Everything seemed to go as planned. Today, I can move back into my unit. It appears the unit was exactly how it was left. Hopefully the termites are gone. I have nothing to complain about with this company.

UPDATE (a little over one month after the fumigation was finished): I have noticed significantly fewer flies, ants, pests, etc., in my apartment since the fumigation was finished. Pre-fumigation, I have noticed routine ants in my bathroom and sometimes flies in my bedroom. Now they are all gone.

Excellent family owned business. They are extremely polite and very responsive. Their techs are friendly and efficient and do a first rate and thorough job. We have used them for pest control and termite treatment for years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The most recent tech to service our house this morning was Reggie. He did a great job. He even called twice to let us know he would be a little late for the appointment even though he arrived only 5 minutes after the scheduled time. I highly recommend this business.

Southern Fumigation recently tented and fumigated our house for a bedbug infestation. We highly recommend this business. Annette was very helpful, courteous, informative and prompt in responses as she advised us prior to the tenting. James was most reassuring as he surveyed our outside prior to the procedure. Terry was very precise and surveyed our inside preparation on the day of the fumigation. He called us 20 minutes before the all clear release 2 days after the set up, we met him, and retrieved our house keys. The crew were all polite and very efficient doing the set up.
The fumigation did the job, and we are now bug free, of all bugs.
So we certainly do highly recommend them.

Jason went above and beyond and got us scheduled in ASAP when we told them what our concerns were with the older house we got. The prep was explained thoroughly and the cost was amazingly reasonable. We are so happy we picked them for our fumigation and it was ready in such a timely manner! Definitely recommend for any pest needs!

Finally!! A pest control company that does what the name implies. Not only has my technician saved us money on needless services, they actually show up on time. They usually send the same technician for each service, and for the 1 hour every 3 months they're somehow able to keep my home pest free...IN FLORIDA!!

I have no issues with this company, their billing seems fair and the one time I had an issue they fixed it immediately. We love Amy that comes to treat our home once a month, shes probably the biggest reason we stick with them.

We had a fumigation done last year. Everyone was great from the office staff to the crew that did the tenting. The crew arrived on time, answered all of my questions and they got rid of the termites!
