Awesome company! We installed custom shutters and the entire process was seamless.

Their website guarantees 100% customer satisfaction but we have had multiple problems with 8 blinds bought from them and they absolutely refuse to replace or refund. The color is wrong and they’re cut too short. But in order to correct, we’d have to completely reorder. So. Guess we are just trashing these and buying elsewhere. I’d recommend starting there for anyone considering them.

I've not had a good experience with this company. The first blind that I ordered from them kept falling out of the window and breaking. They did make good on that claim after repeated headaches. I ordered a second custom blind from them because I wanted to match the look of the blinds from each of the front-facing rooms. I ordered a 30" blind and they cut it down too much and now there are gaps on either side. Every smart blind company that makes off-the-shelf blinds will always be 1/2" smaller than the opening for inside mount blinds yet their customer service reps say they can cut up to 1 1/4" off the blind and you get what you pay for? Anyone should be able to order the size of blind that they want and get that size, not something that is chopped down so much to make it unusable. Won't order from them again.
