Adding to this review on March 30th 2024 Amy and Philip are extremely amazing and they treat me like I’m a real person not just a number. They treat me like family. I appreciate their patience and kindness. I could not be more happy to have them as my pharmacist!! God bless them!!

Love this pharmacy. They are considerate and kind. My job pharmacy is a 3 letter pharmacy, and I despise it. The ppl at this pharmacy are awesome. They really take the time to help you find the cheapest for your script ( unlike the 3 letter place, ughs). They will answer all of your questions without making you feel like an imposition.

I love this Publix. It is always clean, well managed and the staff hasn't changed in years which says something to their character. I specifically wanted to review the pharmacy managed by Jim. I appreciate how hard Jim and his team work to make things happen. If we are unable to reach our prescriber, they do their best to get us our prescription or even a days worth until the provider can refill it. I had a specific situation with my son's prescription that he can't miss a dose of. His provider failed to escript his prescription when we were in her office for our follow-up the previous day. When I called and spoke to Jim, he said he didn't have it but that he would reach out. And in less than 24-hours the prescription was ready for pick-up. I'm so incredibly grateful to him. I did call my provider but had to leave a voice-mail. But I know Jim has his tools for contact. My son would have missed his dose tonight without that. Always professional and friendly. Thank you!

Best pharmacy experience I've ever had. I am disabled, agoraphobic and have severe anxiety issues. I come in and need to get in and out quickly. They know this and do not show prejudice against me because of the medications I am prescribed like some pharmacies like the Bayside Lakes location which I had to transfer from because I was treated terribly. Emmanuella the pharmacist is so kind and always finds a solution to any problems I have had. All the ladies here are super nice. Always quick and efficient. In and out never having to wait. Best prices by far too. Used the Free Good RX app which saved me hundreds before I got insurance no problem here. They also have voluntarily used their own discounts they have applied to help get the prices lowest.

The best service I have ever gotten in all of Brevard county . Staff is very professional and courteous not like all other Pharmacy 's had nothing derogatory to. Say no b.s. no dirty looks or anything else . Maybe all other pharmacies should take notice. Thank you.

I like the quality and variety of products, meat quality is very good. My only problem is the frequent movements of product locations making it difficult to locate items and I end up forgetting things and don’t realize it till I get home.

I had previously transferred my medication to this location several months ago, but my interactions with the pharmacy staff have left me dissatisfied with their service. The employees appear to be in a hurry and fail to demonstrate concern for the well-being of their customers. I was particularly disheartened to witness a young woman, who was wearing a hospital bracelet, being treated with indifference. In my opinion, this is the most discourteous and least satisfactory pharmacy service that I have ever encountered. I would strongly advise individuals to choose alternative Publix locations for their medication pick-up. As a result, I have relocated my prescription to a more reputable pharmacy that prioritizes the satisfaction of their clients and patients and I strongly suggest that all Publix pharmacy customers do the same. As for management over this pharmacy location, they can't be unaware of such horrible treatment since I have witnessed it both several times in person and over the phone.

Alexis says insurance won’t cover it again until later date…really? So, here is my issue; they sit on it. Nobody calls you and asks if you still want your medicine, because clearly, its only an antibiotic, right (?)
Have asked repeatedly in the past to not let insurance dictate my medicine. This is an ongoing issue. They ASSUME based on their personal circumstance or bias that people don’t want their medication. I’m sorry but they are neither the doctor nor the patient. This is wrong. Leave the discretion over paying. $5 up to me.
Clearly, they still fail to comprehend as her response was not, “I apologize”, you are correct, our job is to fill scripts. Not to override a doctor and a patient.
No, instead, she says, “so you want us to delete your insurance from the system”
Clearly not worth further communication if this is what one hears.
Now I have to wait an hour. This has been an ongoing issue when they’ve had sticker shock over name brand thyroid medication and others as well. Well, its gonna cost $175.00…sorry; but am I asking you to pay for it? Um, no, your job is to fill it.
