Gibson's Natural Pet Resort

Great staff and wonderful with my pup! My pup loves it at Gibson’s!! He has so much fun and can’t wait to go every week!

We have used Gibson’s for both daycare and boarding extensively for our two dogs. Even after we moved 45 minutes away, we still drive our two dogs there several times per year for boarding. Bob is knowledgeable and professional, and his staff is the same. My dogs cannot even contain their excitement as we drive closer to the place! They are so attentive, flexible, and loving with our doggies. I cannot express how grateful we are to know our dogs are in such hands when we are traveling. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

Best doggy daycare around! The staff is great & so helpful. They even made up a birthday gift for our dod the week of his birthday!

My labs Gorham (10 y/o) and Iggy (3 y/o) have now boarded at the Grafton location on multiple occasions. When we get close to the facility, they can hardly contain their excitement. The staff are attentive and responsive, prices are reasonable and competitive, and most importantly, they don’t discriminate about specific dog breed nor do they require that your dog be fixed.

I love this place . Ive been taking Diego to the Worcester/Grafton st. location for over 6 years. I've never had an issue . I had him Lodge at the resort once and again no issue and honestly ....the staff and service are top notch
Ive since been switching up daycare between both the Grafton & Worcester locations just to mix it up and so that my little guy Diego can feel comfortable & become familiar with all the staff and the environment provided.

My dog had a great time staying here once again. She goes to daycare here and is always SO excited to arrive. This visit we kenneled her for 12 days. She came home happy, tired, clean and silky from her exit bath. I have been kenneling my dogs with Gibson's for about 15 years and they are always wonderful.

My dog loves to play at Gibson’s. I peek in the window before I pick him up and all tails are wagging!! The staff shows him so much attention and patience. They noticed some spots on him and pointed them out to me right away. He had been at another daycare and they never said a word to me . Super friendly!

I have been bringing my dog Sophie to Gibson Kennels for years and they have always been kind and loving to her. I know not just because I see it when they bring her in after a big hello, but I also know because she is always barking with enthusiasm when we pull into the driveway. She is almost 14 and has been dealing with Arthritis but the team at Gibson is always ready with extra blankets and takes great care to make sure she walks and gets the medication she needs. I have left her for a week or more on many occassions due to my travel schedule and while I miss her, I know she is in great hands. Bob and the team at Gibson are wonderful caring people and are just as happy to see Sophie as she is to see them. I highly recommend them for any type of stay

We are truly grateful that we found a place that our dog Tripper absolutely loves!! He always knows where is he is going the minute we take the turn around the bend on 140. His tail starts wagging, he starts "talking" and cannot wait to get out of the car. Every person that works there Tripper greets with incredible glee and enthusiasm.

Our pets are as important to us...and we want the best care possible. Tripper definitely thinks that daycare is his second home....we know that it's definitely his 2nd family!! He has been going there for the last 10 years, and I can't imagine him going anywhere else!! The staff is awesome! So friendly and caring. If Tripper gets tired from playing outside (he is an old man now!) and needs to have down time, he lets them know by going to the door and the staff lets him inside.

The owners & staff have accommodated us every single time we have called-whether it be for last minute care or an end of day call asking "can he spend the night". They have never turned us away.

Great staff that really hot their stuff together. The groomers are amazing. My dog is so happy when he goes there. I trust them, with him, completely. So happy we found them.

We love Gibson’s. Our dog is always happy when we drop him off for boarding or grooming. Bob is very attentive and kind. Our sheepadoodle loves Kim the groomer. She really takes the time to make the dogs comfortable and at ease. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Another perfect visit. Our dog spent 12 days at Gibson's. Gibson's is a highly professional company. The employees truly care about the animals. I can't recommend Gibson's highly enough. It's great to have a top-notch, reliable kennel in our area.

2016-01-08 My dogs are not smart about traffic. If they get loose, they are almost certain to get hit by a car. I really don't want the safety of my dogs on my mind when I'm travelling. Therefore, security and safety are all I care about in a kennel. Yesterday I left my 2 dogs at Gibson for a night because I'm convinced that the kennel I saw yesterday is the most secure kennel in my area. Everything I saw persuaded me that they take security very seriously. I'm sure that they know they are under scrutiny.
2016-01-25 I boarded my 2 dogs at Gibson again, this time for 3 nights. This time I asked for a tour of the place. They showed me everything I wanted to see without hesitation and answered all my questions. Everything looked secure and hygienic. I made one observation about increasing redundant security of one of the fences and they said that it is already on their schedule. The structure appears to have been built solely as a kennel. It's not a house or barn converted for use as a kennel. I think it has a capacity of about 150 dogs. They seem to have a lot of experience. They seem to have a refined system for doing things.
They answer emails promptly. The employees carry radios and seem to communicate with each other a lot. There are a lot of safety signs around. The place seems uncluttered. They seem to have have defined policies and procedures. They explained to me me about how certain employees are assigned sole accountability for certain functions. There seem to be about 5 people on duty on the times when I've been there. I feel that they are well organized and supervised. They seem to enjoy the job.
Gibson has earlier drop off hours than other kennels in my area. I can leave my house in Framingham at 6 am, drop off at 7 am, be in NYC by noon and DC before close of business.

This place is so great!! Bob is a great guy and he really seems to care about the dogs. He knew my dogs name after the first daycare visit. My pup pulls me into the building everytime, she loves it... and comes home exhausted

My dog LOVES going to Gibson's. The Doggy Daycare and the kennels are great. The employees care about the animals and they all go that extra mile for the pets and their owners. My dog has been going there for 13 years and I wouldn't send him anywhere else.

I've used Gibson's several times to board my older diabetic cat. They are very comfortable administering his medication and keep a close eye on him. I'm grateful for the service they provide.

I call it Gibson's doggie Playland. My German Shepherd who is no longer with us.. and now my retriever Rottweiler mix. Both loved staying there. You could tell so happy ...

My dog, Cayden, has been going to DayCare for over 8 years and has also boarded at Gibson's. There is no other place I would trust with my dog. The facility is immaculate and the employees take great care of all the pets in their care. Cayden literally shakes and cries in the car on the way to daycare and we can't get the door open fast enough to let him out!! The owner also supports a local rescue organization I am involved with through hosting events and donating food and supplies to the shelter. I highly recommend Gibson's; they are dedicated to providing a safe, warm and loving environment for pets.

I have been bringing Rufus to Gibson's Natural Pet Resort for over 4 years now. Bob and his staff are amazing. They truly love animals and it shows!
I feel very safe leaving my Rufus there while I am away!

They have everything I need for my ferrets & dog. From food, treats, homemade dog cookies, toys, ect. The girls working there are extremely knowledgeable as well. One girl there has pet ferrets and has taught me a lot. I only shop here now for my pets
