Stunning customer service! I purchased for Polywood chairs several years ago. We love them and use them nearly daily. We had an issue with a chair to which we contacted Ellie at Antonellis and she assured us that we still had warranty on them. In less than a week we received replacement parts for our chair. We love our new outdoor Polywood dining set from Antonelli's! Polywood doesn't corrode from harsh outdoor elements which is perfect for us as we live beachside. Ellie & Nick helped us pick out the perfect set for our style and space size. We are so happy with this dining set that we'll be ordering a Polywood sofa next!

In today's world, family businesses are rare to come by. The Antonelli's have over three decades of experience and with that a wealth of knowledge about furniture. They truly are supportive of their customers and strive to please on all levels. Everything I have purchased from their store has only added beauty to my home with much higher quality than the norm. Very unique!

We purchased a bit of Polywood furniture from them several years ago. Recently had some issues with it not looking real good. Joe and his staff facilitated the 20 year warranty claim we made with Polywood. Could not have been happier with the response from Joe and from the manufacturer. It’s a little pricey but a good example of you get what you pay for!
