I was visiting out of town famil, and found this studio on line. Boy, did I find a winner. I was only able to go twice, but felt welcome immediately. Rose’s intimate classes are individualized and just what my body and spirit needed. She offered adjustments, which I enjoyed. I will make it a point to drop in whenever I am in town again.

I cannot emphasize how highly I love this place. I came for the first time with my husband and we loved it. Rose is so sweet and gave us a wonderful overview of the session. I love how she is so gentle and willing to help correct posture/form. The studio itself is like a breath of fresh air. 10/10

I've never taken the time to try yoga before this year, as I was under the impression that one needed to have a certain physique to attempt and practice it. I'm delighted to say that I was mistaken!

Coming to practice Yoga and mindfulness with Miss Rose makes the process easy and relaxing to understand for both the first-timer and experienced yogi alike; utilizing different classes that focus on what -you- want to get out of the experience.

Miss Rose guides sessions in a spiritually uplifting manner; incorporating techniques that best suit the individual seeking to apply this routine of balance in their lives!

The space itself is very soothing to the soul and classes are most certainly affordable! Will definitely, frequently, return and recommend to others!

Great studio with a phenomenal owner/teacher! Rose is so knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. She takes time to get to know her students & focus on their needs. I appreciate her emphasis on the mind/body connection. Rose meets everyone where they're at & allows each student to practice at their own pace. Modifications are always available to challange students, deeping their practice, or allowing others to get into poses more easily!

BEST YOGA STUDIO EVER! Long time student, new teacher. Rose is highly knowledgeable about the mind and body; always having you feel safe and secure in the beautiful blue themed high ceiling studio. There are props galore and mats available to use when needed. The atmosphere is welcoming to all humans(all ages, all races, all religions, all body types, all opinions, all views, all classes, all statuses, etc). Rose's assists in poses will help bring you to the next level in your yoga game. The classes with the garage wall open are the best in my opinion. You get a nice breeze and sunshine, while still being inside a room. Love the class packages, i personally do the 10-pack myself. Variety of classes offered. Classes will have you leaving in a blissful state.

The atmosphere at Roses Poses is serene and inviting and Rose is an excellent teacher, patient and knowledgeable. I so enjoy attending her classes. I feel so much better, physically and mentally, since I have been learning from Rose.

Rose is a well qualified instructor that pays close attention to the student's need. This is accessible yoga for someone looking to start a yoga practice from the inside out.

This is a welcoming and joyful yoga studio. Rose peovides helpful and informational tutoring at the level you need. I was here for three weeks and learned lots and improved my practice in classes along with her regulars. A space great for a few visits or as a regular. Yoga is NOT just for skinny, flexible, uber healthy folks! Rose showed me that even a 250#, out of shape, 55 y/o, unflexible, person can do yoga. I was intimidated and thought that I'd feel humiliated when it was all done, and Rose showed me that I was wrong.

With her expert guidance using blocks, folded blankets, straps and some gentle assistance, I was able to do several poses comfortably.

I highly recommend this studio for women and men who have avoided yoga in the past out of fear of being awkwardly out of shape - this is your studio!!!!

With doing yoga with mrs. Rose she went slow with me and took time to help me out with my back i have a slipped disc in my lower back. With her help and patience my back is starting to feel a lot better and my favorite thing she said to me was "its a years practice and not a 90 min class" so with that being said she understood that i couldnt do everything and she adjusted to help me out and feel better. I would recommend her to anyone loved her teaching love her best yoga i have did
