Beautiful building! Located in downtown Anchorage, so if you're visiting it's worth a stop. There is plenty to see here, but be prepared for sirens.

Much gratitude to the guy who helped install my carseat today! I battled with it for a while before giving up and asking for help, hurting my pride. He installed the base and carseat fast while explaining all the steps, now I feel like next time I'll be more prepared! Thanks again!

We hired a car from Hertz with baby seat uninstalled. Were advised to go to the fire station to have it fitted. One of the fireys, Robert, was very kind and helped us installing the car seat.

I’d like to express my sincere thanks to the Anchorage fire Department for an excellent tour of the museum it is truly a great place to visit and tour and express our thanks to bankers fire department is there EMTs and police department and seek troopers for their service to the Anchorage community.

I highly recommend this museum to anyone who comes up here to visit anchorage Alaska not only do they support the committee to support the US military

They are so rude. Don't give out silver fire protection blankets to the y when you ask them to their face

I made a 911 call at 7:57pm and I was transferred to the fire department paramedics. The woman who answered the phone was the rudest woman with no de-escalating training. She wouldn't listen to the request, tried to be demanding and talk over after 5 minutes of speaking with her she still had no idea of how the gentleman was doing on the ground. Because she didn't take time to listen to what anyone was saying. And that's why I'm giving one star. If I had an option to give no stars I would.
