Extended Stay America - Anchorage - Downtown

Our stay here was great! Got to know the staff well, Mike and Abou as well as other staff members. Location is great for commute to all parts of Anchorage. Will miss the hospitality and courteous employees of this great place! A BIG TWO THUMBS UP ETA DOWNTOWN STAFF!!! ( IF I HAD MORE THUMBS, I'D GIVE MORE THUMBS UP FOR Y'ALL! )

Mgmt, Carol was very helpful when I had a personal issue. She always had a smile, Mike, Lea always provided what I ask to provide a comfortable stay as well as a smile. I will miss the personal touch their staff provide. The pool was open the 6 weeks I was there. Clean, super comfy bed!!!

I was surprised that we had a pleasant experience with the downtown hotel as my previous experience in midtown was terrible. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful & that really made our stay enjoyable & my family truly appreciated the hospitality during our stay, Michael was friendly, outgoing and kind. Thank you for making our stay great

I had a good wonderful experience at this hotel. Stayed for 2 weeks and the staff was amazing. You won’t go wrong staying here! Special shout out to Michael, Angell and Aboy.

I would stay here again. The night front desk guy ABU sorry if I'm misspelling it but he is the most friendliest helpful employee he deserves a raise!!! Honestly if it weren't for him I probably wouldn't care to even write this review. Nice hotel but housekeeping could definitely learn a thing or three. The hallways & stairs were never once vacuumed the entire 6 days I stayed there. They never came by my room I had to request new everything at the front desk daily. I even asked the front desk for a vacuum so I could vacuum my room. ABU who works at night made the stay decent and thank you sir!

The front desk staff were very professional and helpful, especially Fatima, Abu and Antoinette. Our suite was huge! But most importantly, it was nice and clean and made our stay even more comfortable!
Great location as it is in the heart of downtown!
Highly recommend them and will book again in the future should I need it.

Great stay each time I book a room. My favorite desk service employee is Fatima she was able to handle each request. Weather it be a dish or more toilet paper, if anyone who stays a night there and she's there working don't worry your in good hands.

Its better then I expected! Noticed I had forgotten my phone in the room when I got home! I called the front desk, explained my reason for calling, then she tells me she'll call me back! 10 minutes later, I get a call back with extra good news! Seems I forgot both my phone and my extra inhaler!! Clumsy me! Thanks front desk lady at the Downtown Extended Stay America!!!

Went with some friends downtown for some drinks. When the bar closed we walked to Extended Stay America, and the woman at the desk was very kind(considering I was acting pretty goody/intoxicated) They we're able to quickly set us up with a room. I took a shower and they don't skimp out on the water heat. I was able to take a scolding hot shower to help sober up. After my shower I went to bed and the mattress was fairly comfortable. I was able to fall asleep fairly easily. They let us know that check out was at 11 am, which I was awake by then and left.

I'm new to Alaska and while relocating, I stayed here at Extended Stay. The Rooms are clean and quiet and very resonably priced. The Staff is amazing, during this pandemic they really are making the best of the situation. Antoinette and Fatima at front desk are always kind and are attentive to my personal needs.

Antoinette and her team are the best. Its one thing to be professional but quite another to make someone feel at home. Everyone from front desk staff to maintenance to cleaning personnel working together in trying times has made my stay a memorable one. Great job guys!

The Second floor is haunted. Great place to stay for Halloween.

Stayed 2 nights, and had no bad experience at all. Our room was very clean and very nice. Looked at some negative reviews , but honestly, I would stay at this hotel again

Selena at the front desk was AMAZING! I have done extensive travel for work and leisure and stayed in Ritz Carlton and Hilton properties and NEVER been treated with so much care, concern and enthusiasm. She deserves a raise!!!!

The management is quite good Miss terry is very accommodating while of the staff is respectful towards the guests.

Terrific downtown view on any floor. Rooms are well kept, and have a home style kitchen with refrigerator. A pool on the ground floor next to a simple workout room just passed the check in station with excellent structure.

Good, clean, low cost, accommodations in downtown Anchorage Ak. Swimming pool, mini kitchens in room, cold breakfast included. Pet friendly too. Very good front desk service too. Can't ask for more.

Very friendly staff starting from check-in, my husband and i was able to check in early I book my reservation as a queen bed and the front desk agent was very kind to upgrade room to a king bed we really enjoy our stay thank you Extended Stay we will be back again.
