Long wait time on the phones, but you can practically contact any one of your doctors and set up appointments through their website, MyChart. Started going here a year ago when I was pregnant up to now for baby checkups. I always feel welcomed and comfortable.The staff are really nice and helpful!

Oct. 1-2019 my wife got me a appointment with Dr. MCalister for my yearly
physical on Oct.17-2019 at 8:00 AM any way he told his staff to contact me
for Blood Test to have done on Oct.8-2019. Well any way my Wife just found
out today 10-14-19. I have been going to Providence for years and I have noticed in 4 or 5 years the people working there are really not doing their job very lax on everything I see them do. Thank You for your Time.

Great health services, friendly staff, & amazing providers & resident docs. I understand that your provider will always get replaced as they graduate or finish their residency but rest assured that the senior providers will continue the best care possible as your records from previous will get reviewed and get updated as you visit & get evaluated & cared for. Any finance issues, don’t hesitate to talk to one of the staff & you will be referred to the right person who cam help. If you have any feedback or comments, feel free to communicate it to them.
Long Wait: happens most of the time. This is a family medicine clinic, not an urgent care. Utilize urgent care clinics if you think your issues need attention right away.
I keep this clinic for non-urgent medical needs, I use another clinic for urgent and weekend needs.
Front Desk: long line & seems like you are ignored while they’re on the phone? Maybe we can suggest they assign one staff to do all the calls and the rest of the clerks will take care of the long lines and so our time & energy getting there is also considered compared to those on the phone. Remember-you will receive a survey and fill it up, add up your comment. Your comments are addressed and brought to the attention of their leader.
Labs: friendly and always smiling phlebotomist/technician, expert with blood draws-just 1 poke!

As a very stressed out and frustrated pregnant mom, I got to a point where I was in tears explaining why I was frustrated and was almost to a point I was just going to collapse into a puddle on the floor. The nurse could have just gone about her normal routine of questions but instead stopped to see if anything else was going on and to see if there was anything that could be done to help. I had been seriously neauseas for about two weeks, landing me in the hospital for the middle of it. And hadnt slept or eaten much because of it. ANYWAY, she made me feel like my situation mattered and that I wasnt just someone to just check off her list. I still cried alone in the office until the ob came in, but just from relief of stress, the OB was just as caring. I was given different meds to help with the nausea and we were able to sort out other things that were still scattered everywhere. I didnt get to see the nurse again after the OB came in, but I'm thankful for her today and hope to get to see her when I go back for my next appointment.

I've been going here for 15 years. The complete staff are always professional and helpful. They go beyond to be kind and informative. From a medical standpoint the doctors are exceptional. They are family friendly and offer great pediatric care.

Almost no waiting time and the doctors and nurses are friendly and professional. Have been there multiple times and each time has been a breeze. Easy recommend.

The staff on the yellow team are wonderful! I feel very fortunate to call Dr. Monica Wright my primary physician 😊

I have been a patient for 16 years, wait time is long ,but I bring along my knitting and it doesn't seem so long.
