VigiLatte Artisan Coffee

After reading many reviews, we decided to try this place out. We had a lot of questions to staff because it was our first time and their menu looked somewhat different than typical coffee shops, and she was very friendly until the end and answered all our questions and even recommended the top best sellers.

After consideration, we got ourselves a cinnamon toast crunch and it was very good! It was something we never tasted in the past but sure we did enjoy it. We will definitely return!

The coffee here is one of the best on the island. They roast their own blends and we bought a bag that was batched in whiskey barrels that brought a unique flavor to the beans. The drink selections were also unique and fun, and of course you can order a typical iced or hot coffee.

Good coffee stand. We visited because of a news feed about it being among Yelp's best coffee in the US/Canada. The baristas we're super friendly and very helpful. While iced coffee creations are really their thing, the Hawaiian sea salt caramel macchiato they suggested for us was lovely. Would definitely visit VigiLatte again if we wandered to Lahaina.

We’ve been on Maui for 4 days and have come here everyday. Can’t even compare it to anything you’d get at Starbucks! Barista (or bartender) is the best. He puts serious effort into every drink. Caramel Machiatio and Cafè Bonbon have been our two favorites.

If you're looking for THEE place to get coffee on Maui, look no farther. This place has a great aesthetic, great baristas, and of course, great coffee! They have a lot of SHAKEN lattes for you to choose from, as well as flat whites, cappachinos, etc. If you're confused what is what, they have info graphics for you.

The coconut creme latte was AMAZING. We came here twice in the same day just to try it after getting a regular latte.

Go here! You won't be disappointed.

Hands-down, my favourite espresso of all of Maui (and Big Island for that matter). Super-low acidity, buttery smooth crema and downright delicious. Kudos to Zack and the team for expertly sourcing single-origin beans from Brazil. Already missing this coffee-lovers paradise.

Very nice location! Coffee was excellent, I had an iced coconut crème latte and I haven’t had anything like this anywhere!!! So good!! Staff is friendly, reasonable prices. Very unique coffee shop. Would recommend!

Having a great coffee shop to go to every morning on our vacation is a must for my wife and I and VigiLatte was that coffee shop during our stay in Lahaina. We landed on giving them a try the first morning we were there and it was one of the best decisions we made during our stay. They’ve got great options for both your traditional coffee lover (drip, cappuccino, flat white, latte, etc) and those who prefer more specialized drinks (iced lattes, flavored coffee drinks, etc). To top it all off their staff were some of the friendliest people we encountered during our stay. Highly recommend!

There are not as many coffee places in historic Lahaina, this one is the coffee shop to go to out of the few. Fast and friendly service. We are vegan and the owner was happy to help explain options for us. Best coffee I’ve had! Artisan is correct. It is lovely.

His wife owns the hair and henna next to it. Support local and check it out!

I got a Coconut Creme Latte and it was perfect. You can taste the coffee, you can taste the coconut creme, and it's not very sweet (which I appreciate).

They have an image with exactly what each coffee/latte contains and to what ratio, which is very helpful!

No place to sit fyi. I grabbed my coffee and took it to the beachfront anyway 🌊🌴

Will definitely be back to try more flavors!

Best coffee in Maui hands down. The staff is very friendly and gave me a lot of tips of places to see during my visit on the island. The lattes and “Frappuccino’s” are some of the best I’ve ever had and I love that they offer a variety of dairy free milks. Can’t wait to come back here every morning when I return to Maui!

Great location, amazing decor. Very clean coffee bar. Extremely nice bartista. Got the Coconut Creme iced, he shook it like a martini. Mocha iced was shaken as well. Very nice light flavor of coconut. Great coffee flavor, not overwhelming coffee beans.

Hands down one of the best coffee shops you’ll find, even off of Maui. The owner/barista is a master at his craft of understanding coffee and how to create a perfect cup (hot/cold, shaken or stirred). Even my husband who isn’t a coffee drinker thought it was delicious because the flavors are so balanced. So, so good.

Best coffee on Maui! I've made it my goal to find the best coffee place on Maui. After visiting a number of highly rated coffee shops I can definitely say that VigiLatte is my favorite. Beans are freshly roasted, baristas are experienced and friendly, latte looks and taste great!

Are you kidding!?! By far the best coffee experience I've had, and I used to live in Costa Rica! Please check out this locally sourced coffee shop. The owner pours his creativity and passion into every creation. Beyond knowledgeable and friendly. We decided after the first visit that we had to make another trip before leaving the island. Jealous of anyone that could patronize this daily. Try the agave oat milk shaken iced coffee. You won't regret it!

Jack may not ever have a second cup of coffee at home, but he most certainly will after tasting the coffee at Vigilatte Artisan Coffee Shop. Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and prompt in their service. Drinks were custom made, reasonably priced and delicious.

If you are after a coffee made by a barista who is passionate about her craft then this is the place for you.
Otherwise wait in line with the herds who are content with mediocrity slop that is no different to instant coffee from walmart.

Fantastic coffee & amazing service. Best coffee we had on our trip to Oahu & Maui. The dirty chai was great & not too sweet. We got coffee here 3 different times. Two other members of our party loved the iced oat milk latte & iced decaf Americano

Great little coffee shop tucked away in the shade. My son wanted a cappuccino and the made him one with a cute seahorse. Service was fast and friendly too. I have had coffee from tons of places, if Starbucks/Coffeebean is a 5/10, I would rank the quality & service a 9/10.
