This is our second time as guests at the Hilton Hotel Mark Center, which establishes this Hilton as an excellent location to stay and to dine. I remember our server, Tigist, as being kind, informative and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed her suggestions from the menu when we asked. She was attentive without being intrusive, and she had a ready smile…just what we needed after a long day.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is easily accessible to all major attractions. We enjoyed our visit.

If you're there to access the Mark Center, the location is perfect. The breakfast is very good, they serve sushi at the bar for dinner, and the rooms are good and have a small fridge. The gym is very small with 1 incline bench, a worn 2-cable machine and dumbbells to 50lbs.

If you have Mark Center access, consider using their gym which is great -- all free weights and benches, sauna, shower...and few people use it.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. Rooms are not as new as some hotels but they are well kept and the views are great. Had a corner king bed standard room and it was a great experience. Hotel bar staff was great during our stay.

We stayed here for one night on a road trip, and the experience was great. Check in was fast and painless, the room was clean with a nice view, and checkout was similarly great. The front desk staff made us feel welcome and special. They helped us out with breakfast and the parking garage. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location, just off 395 that takes ya anywhere you need to go around the Capital area. 30 stories of rooms and services. The rooms tell their age with rust here and there and the outdated appearance. Some rooms face the capital area. Rooms appear to be spacious and accommodating with a small fridge, big TV, coffee maker, and a safe. I wish the bathroom sink was regular height instead of being short. Had a hard time making my room cold, even though the temperature was set to 64 degrees. The breakfast was buffet style and pretty good. I enjoyed the dinner menu and good food from the bar area. Their fitness has a mixture of cardio and dumbbells along with a weighted cable machine. Helpful employees who are always friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and would return.

I stay at this property roughly twice monthly on a work commute and it’s always the highlight of my trip. I stay on a higher floor for views of the capital and monuments, and the lobby restaurants are great. Tigist is a great server and is always friendly and greets me by name every time (a nice touch anywhere). Love staying at this property!

I stayed here this past weekend, and the service was great. The room was very clean, front desk was extremely helpful, and breakfast was available and delicious. The area is a close drive to DC, so there were a lot of nearby activities to do. I had a pleasant experience, and I would return.

Great hotel. Room was very clean and spacious, I liked that they had the whole bottle of shampoo, conditioner, etc instead of the tiny ones that run out very fast. Hotel itself is beautiful and modern, and location is about 25 min away from DC. Area is car dependent, which is unfortunate because DC hates cars but either way, a great stay for a great deal. Staff were very friendly and nice. The only thing I will say is that the parking lot was problematic— the room key did not work to get in/out, so we had to constantly be buzzing to be let out. Other than that, I recommend this place! Hilton never lets me down 🫶

This staff is the friendliest and the most efficient I have encountered. And I've encountered many (I'm a Diamond member). The hotel is well maintained, nice restaurant, market and bar.

Gym has treadmills, weights, and a Peloton. Not too busy.

No resturants within walking distance. But hotel had what you need.

Only downside, no microwaves. I like to make tea. Front desk gave me hot water and there are microwaves on the lower level.

This is my preferred hotel to stay each time I visit DC.
We stayed again for 4 days in late May, and the staff didn’t disappoint. Virginia at the front desk checked us in on May 23rd and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Sometimes, some of the staff might forget a few small details because they’re focused on helping the next customer, but Virginia thought of everything including giving some thorough instructions on how to leave the parking garage, properly. This eliminated confusions for us. Our view of DC from our room was a plus. I truly appreciated her welcoming personality.

Everything about this place is upscale, quiet. There's a bar, concierge service, beautiful plants and very clean. The staff is excellent. I love my room. I will be back.

We stayed at Hilton Alexandria at Mark Center for 4 days and 3 nights and our stay was exceptional as the room was spacious, clean, and has a scenic lush view. It was a plus that the hotel was strategically situated near our desired destinations when we travelled via car to different groceries, Pentagon City, DC, etc. But what made our stay really comfortable and unforgettable was the exceptional warm service and very accomodating presence of Ms. Virginia L. from the hotel front desk. :) She was truly so helpful and attentive to our inquiries and was so professionally friendly to the hotel guests especially to us. Another plus factor was their breakfast buffet that was great and filling and was even made better by Esther and Gamal’s service which was always paired with warm greetings and great smiles every morning. Overall, we were delighted with our stay here and so we even have recommended this place to some of our relatives. Now, they already booked their stay here at Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. So grateful to the mentioned staff! :)

I attended training at the Mark Center and loved the atmosphere at the Hilton. The walk from the Hilton to the Mark Center was convenient and easy. At the hotel restaurant Finn & Porter I tried a different meal each of the four nights, all of which were fantastic (Sushi is great and the Pork Ramen is a must). The food and service were outstanding, especially thanks to Tigist, the waitress. If you get a chance to go for a run there is a small little quite trail called Polk Park.

Hilton Alexandria Mark Center offered a comfortable, welcoming and all around excellent experience during my stay with them. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to give top notch service. It was clean,, modern and offered a surrounding that made me feel pampered. Getting to Old Town, DC and to Arlington are easily possible from this location. Two real positives are its parking locale and it’s on site restaurant and bar. I can’t say enough about this five star hotel except to say I will go back again and again!

Had a business conference at the Mark Center, which is the next building over. This hotel is perfectly located for this reason. The hotel receptionist, BJ, was so helpful. Requested a room higher up to see DC and was immediately accommodated (28th floor). Fantastic room with great view. Later, he assisted in getting us a taxi and places to check out. Always cheerful and welcoming.

The other person that really went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of was our waitress, Tigist (TG). What an amazing person! Constantly checked on us, made sure our drinks and food were good and our water glasses remained full. She was as friendly as someone who I might have known for years. Even when we passed by to get to the elevator and she saw us, she smiled and waved. After of the people she sees on a daily basis, to remember us, amazing! So professional yet always welcoming. We witnessed this with others as well!

Par excellence service at Hilton Alexandria Mark Hotel!
I found my "home away from home" in this hotel.
In particular, Virginia L. made my entire week's stay very comfortable providing "service beyond my expectations" - always anticipating what I need even before I asked for it and demonstrating personalized service with her warm smile.
My room was clean, neat, very organized, and smelled good with the necessary supplies available during my entire stay. Breakfast food had wide array of choices and Gamal made me feel very special ensuring I have the best place where I can work while enjoying my hot and cold meals. Bravo to you!
HILTON Alexandria Mark Hotel is now my preferred choice for a home-tel in Alexandria, VA. You are the best!
Keep up the excellent work! God bless you all! I shall be back!!!

Great stay at Hilton Alexandria mark. All of the staff were courteous. Shout out to Tigist our server. You could not find a sweeter soul from a story of struggle. A true inspiration of what America is all about. God bless and please take of that lady.

My boyfriend, Bob and I stayed at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center from Tuesday, July 16th til the morning ofFriday, July 19th.
We stayed there because Bob had to be at Nuvia Dental Implant Center very early on Wednesday, July 17th. The hotel is less than 2 miles from Nuvia.
The surgery went well. We came back to the hotel around 1 pm with a double ice pack for him wrap around his jaws for 30 minutes on and 30 off.
The ice pack had to be laid out flat, about 24 inches. The refrigerators in the room are too small.
Mohammed, of the Market Place, went the extra mile to find a freezer to put the ice pack in for us. He put the ice pack in the freezer twice for us, and got it out for me both times that I neede it. He was just wonderful!
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful!
We will definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to our friends!
