Don’t Forget Your Roots

By far the best salon I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere and people were great! Joey was incredible. He gave me exactly what I asked for (long/medium layers, face framing sections with curtain bangs), and was so informative and knowledgeable about hair care and styling. My friend and I were accepted as walk-ins with only a 20 minute wait time. After my experience, I definitely recommend this salon!

I was very pleased with my experience at this salon today. Joey was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable about my haircut. He really listened to me and put my mind at ease. I also really appreciated that he worked me into his schedule today when he didn’t have to. I wish all hairdressers were as professional as him.

I don’t do reviews, but this one is most definitely deserved! Came in as a last minute walk-in, only had a 20 minute wait which wasn’t bad by ANY standards considering how on a whim this was. Joey took my friend and I right in to his chair and got started. Listened to EXACTLY what I wanted, talked me through the process, and then some! Joey truly cares about hair and loves to share his passion about it with others and to help them love their hair. Very personable and extremely friendly. The entire environment, from the decor to the stylists, was very warm and welcoming; gives me kind of a bohemian-chic vibe, which I LOVE. If you want to walk out of a salon feeling like an entirely new person AND feeling good about yourself, this is the salon to go to. As a new mom who doesn’t have hardly any time to take care of myself or my hair, I went in feeling crummy and gross, but I left feeling like a person again. When they say hair therapy here, they mean it.

I absolutely love this place every one is so nice and they really take the time doing your hair. Susan Burnsed does my hair and I love her. She does a wonderful job everytime. I love you Susan.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! When you first walk up there’s the cutest porch with comfy chair swings. When you walk inside it’s super rustic/chic looking and the cutest little salon I’ve ever been in! Alyssa was my stylist and she did a GREAT job. I love the cut and style she did. After the first initial cut she asked if I liked it and I had only one problem with it and she changed with a smile 😀 My hair was bra length size so I expected to pay extra for that and she said no way, I don’t do that ❤ I live in VA but this will be my go to salon when I’m visiting here.

My first time getting anything done to my hair- including a cut- in over 4 years. They were AWESOME! Especially Susan (who did my cut). Cut it just the way I wanted. Thankful to find someone after so long! Will definitely go back!

Joey is personable and charming. She listened to my every concern and I received a FANTASTIC haircut.

Aubrey is the best! I love my hair, the cut and color are amazing! pluse she is just a over all great person to be around. nice,funny,empathetic,helpful, just over all pleasant to be around.

Susan is amazing, the way she connects with everyone and their children makes everything better. While doing my hair, my youngest got fussy. Never heard her upset, she just loved on him. There is no where else or anyone else that i will allow to mess with mine or my childrens hair.

Jamie does a fantastic job! I love my hair style. Very friendly, fast service.
