Had a GREAT experience bringing over my family's cell service to T-Mobile today. Ports went without a hitch & they made sure we got the best plan & deal for our needs. Alec, my salesman, & the store manager both helped me get it all set up. Both were very friendly & professional. The service & network have been great initially here & the experience with this Watertown T-Mobile store was outstanding! Highly-recommended.

Recently joined T-Mobile and I needed help with my account. Thankfully, the staff is well informed and they were able to fix my account for me. Thank you to the employee, Josh, for your patience and your time. Thank you to the Manager Ryan. He knew exactly what to do! They also informed me about their affordable home internet and even helped me set it up too. I will send all my family and friends here.

Staff and Store are very well put together. Everyone seems friendly and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the world of mobile devices and are willing to go above and beyond to help find the solution to any problem.
