Best Western Plus Mccall Lodge & Suites

Loved the BW McCall. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the common areas were well manicured. All of the staff we encountered were welcoming and professional. There was an issue with our reservation that we had made months earlier and the manager, Jessica worked with us directly to get it resolved and even upgraded our room which was unexpected and a very nice gesture. The breakfast quality was excellent also. Lots of options and real eggs with the best breakfast sausages that we've had from a buffet.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Rooms were so clean, built with solid materials, decorated with soothing mountain vibes and a comfy bed to boot! The pool and hot tub were magnificent - clean and energizing with the green plant energy surrounding the space. The complimentary breakfast was so well presented and I was left wanting nothing when it came to condiments and options for a nutritious breakfast. There’s even an espresso machine!! What a treat to start my day with a fancy, foamy, cappuccino. The pups thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well and had a much larger relief area than the postage stamp spaces that are usually offered. I would move in here if I could!

Lovely hotel. Room was pleasantly large with very nice furnishings. As always the breakfast was super nice. Within walking distance to the lake and main shipping area. Staff was wonderful and cheerful!

The comment I have is our room was upgraded to one with a jacuzzi and a fireplace....which was wonderful. Very spacious. Only one chair with an ottoman. Only other chair was a chair at the desk. There was plenty of room for 2nd club chair for us to watch the television in comfort. An anniversary trip to McCall.

We were never planning to stay in McCall but our radiator blew (plus many other things) mid-blizzard so we had no choice. Luckily for us, this location is right across the street from the best mechanic in town (Valley Auto-McCall). Breakfast was extensive and delicious, they had treats for our dog, great TV options (tons of movies), nice looking pool and spa, and were a five minute walk from the grocery store. The desk clerk, I believe his name is Jed, was very accommodating and kind. Super nice people in this town and a very nice and clean hotel. Thank you Best Western McCall!!! ❤❤

What a fantastic experience. it was one of the most peaceful and joy-filled hotels I've ever stayed at. Everyone, from the front desk, to the wait staff, cleaning staff, breakfast cooks, were just smiling, joyful, happy to be there and ready to serve. It just made the entire property feel so welcoming. The lobby was beautiful and accommodating, and everything was clean. Lovely stay!

I just loved staying here with my family. Every staff member was kind. Great rooms, clean, new floor... fridge, microwave, 24 hour pool... breakfast buffet with omelets and breakfast burritos made to order. The pool had a hot tub and sauna and the pool was perfect temperature. I hate going to hotels when the pool is so cold all the kids just pile in the hot tub. Cute cabin feel with great decor, we will definitely be back!

We held our annual sales meeting here this past week. The accommodations were great. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Since we had to bring in lunch, they let us use the breakfast room so we got a break from the meeting room during the day. Would definitely book another meeting here and would also stay personally.

Quiet, comfortable beds, and delicious custom made omelets and burritos for breakfast were a real treat. There were many other breakfast options but having something made to order was an appealing option. We appreciated the friendly welcoming service at this hotel.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly! Edith from housekeeping made
sure our stay was very comfortable! One of the best free breakfast for a hotel stay that we have ever had! They had an omelette station, which were delicious! Jay who was preparing them was very friendly. It’s a short drive to downtown McCall. We would definitely stay again!

Best Western McCall was my home away from home for a two week work assignment this fall. We were immediately impressed by the attentiveness of the exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff, who were quick to resolve and respond to any needs we had. In particular, JJ and Jessica did a beautiful job of checking us in and making us feel like family throughout our time here. Jessica pre-printed our receipts so that our check-out process as a group was extra quick and smooth at the end of our stay. Theresa working night shift was equally welcoming and attentive and all three of these folks always welcomed us in and wished us good day or good evening when we went out.

The housekeeping staff did a superb job behind the scenes of keeping the place clean and tidy and providing high quality room service - thank you!

This hotel offers some amenities worth bragging about: first and foremost, the pool area on the ground floor is 24-hour access (definitely uncommon), includes a generously sized jacuzzi hot tub AND best of all - a bonafide sauna room. What a luxury and a blessing to be able to soak in the hot tub when I couldn't sleep (as Theresa suggested!) and soothe my tired muscles in the sauna after a hard day of work.

The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was quiet at night and the whole place - including the beautiful sitting room on the main floor - feels cozy. I liked the rustic lodge ambiance.

I also appreciated the coffee & hot water / tea bar available around the clock, complete with Sweet Dreams Bigelow tea (mint chamomile herbal tea) for winding down in the evening.

The complimentary breakfast is decent. I supplemented with my own sugar-free yogurt, bananas and granola.

The location was superb - walking distance from Ridley's supermarket and Natural Grocers, with downtown McCall roughly a mile down the road. I liked not being right downtown - perhaps a little quieter that way, just a quick drive to the lake and all the restaurants of the town center.

Thank you to the whole team of staff at Best Western McCall, and I look forward to staying here next time I'm in town.

We used the small conference room upstairs. It was very nice. Staff was very friendly.

I had an excellet experience there! I always do. I have to travel to McCall often for work. My last visit, I had to leave at 3am and would miss breakfast. The front desk made sure I had a hot breakfast sandwich waiting for me along with fruit and an orange juice when I left at 3:30am! That was awesome! Great service!

Friendly welcoming staff, dog friendly, good pool and hot tub as well as dry sauna. Breakfast in the morning was good for a hotel complementary one and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

this best western has no business going as hard as it does. the room was super clean, small but quaint--perfect for a solo traveler. the pool, sauna, and hot tub are open 24 hours which is a sweet little bonus. (also the hot tub is HUGE.) from what i gather even locals stay here for little stay-cations which says something, i feel.

First time staying at this Best Western and I must say, it was perfect! My room was very clean and had every eminities I could ask for! Of all the hotels I frequent every month, this one had the best free breakfast!! Real scrambled eggs, thick bacon, juicy sausage links and lots of fruit options! The staff was very welcoming and even called me to tell me, I had left my iPad in my room! Great customer service all around! I would highly recommend this location for business or a family get away! 🔥

Always a pleasure staying here ! Believe this is a flagship location. Very nice lobby, can relax, play cards, chat. Nice big fireplace ! In the winter the snow sculpture is awesome. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is top notch. Just get there early. We went 10 minutes before close and the door was locked. Had to ger assistance to grab food.

Clean hotel. Courteous staff. Working amenities. 24 hour pool, hot tub, and wet/dry sauna. Premium breakfast. Wifi. Pet friendly. Relatively expensive, but you get what you pay for with one exception, the room had a standing shower, no tub. Do recommend.

My husband stays here several times a month for work. The staff is consistently helpful and polite. Even during one of their busiest times of the year they managed to accommodate our needs when the reservation was for one king bed, but we needed two queens.
The rooms are a decent size and always clean. Great breakfast selection in the morning. The pool temp is warmer in the winter, which makes the kids want to swim instead of just lounge in the hot tub.

This is my most favorite hotel in Valley County. The staff is always warm and welcoming. You definitely feel like family here. This hotel is on the edge of town. Near the Bespoke Spa, Ridleys and restaurants. The pool is 24hr and the hot tub is massive. The suites also have jetted tubs!
