There are not enough words to express how excellent this pharmacy is! I have been a patient here since the first year Mary founded the pharmacy and she was absolutely wonderful, and I am forever thankful to her!

Tara and Chuck now own and operate the pharmacy and I have no complaints! Each time you call you have the option to speak with an actual human who picks up the phone only after a few rings. This is the most prompt, detailed, they have the kindest staff and they also offer additional clinical services. They are truly the experts in all things pharmacy. I call in every month to inquire about medication fill dates, stock and to just say hello and I am met with pure joy and friendliness each time. The majority of times if you go into the pharmacy or through the drive-thru they will automatically recognize you by your face, and in my case they even know my husband. The staff remember details about my personal life such as careers, travel and special interests. Tara is especially great at all things supply chain and ensuring she has what she needs for the pharmacy! If you have any medications that you have to pay out of pocket for, the pharmacy has very very reasonable prices and I do believe they take a specific discount card.

Something else that is great is that literally their entire staff is kind and efficient. I have never encountered a bad hire in my time as a patient. I recommend this pharmacy to patients and Doctor's offices all the time, and have only received wonderful feedback. Another situation that impressed me as a chronic illness patient is that as I continue to be prescribed antibiotics Tara will notice and come to the window and chat with me about how to take them, why I am on them, if there are any alternatives and if she has anything inside or outside of the storefront that can aid in antibiotic safety/stewardship. They are never pushy about asking questions though, so if you only wanted to pick up your medication and it was safe they would have no issue.

I have essentially written a small novel and have been meaning to write a review for at least 4 months. I wish all pharmacies treated patients with the most efficient service, the clinical services offered, with a great supply chain and compassion. Thank you and your staff so much for allowing me to be a patient, who is there a lot and with a lot to manage with kindness and respect. I am eternally grateful for Mary & her staff as well as Tara/Chuck & their staff! There are truly not enough "thank you" in the word to cover how great they have been to me.

This pharmacy is unlike any other pharmacy I've been to. The staff are so friendly and I really feel seen here. I don't feel like just another patient, I feel like a member of the family.
They offer so many incredible services including strep, flu, rsv, and covid testing and, if needed, can prescribe meds on site to get me home and feeling better!
I'm looking forward to protecting myself and my community by utilizing this pharmacy for my annual vaccinations, and taking care of my older family members when they need their pneumonia and shingles vaccines.
Middletown Pharmacy is truly a step (or 10) above the rest. You will not find such efficient, friendly, caring people at the big box chains! This should be your pharmacy!

Highly recommend this local pharmacy! The owners Dr. Tara and Chuck, as well as staff, are personable and passionate in what they do. It’s always quick to get any prescription filled and I love that it is easy to get ahold of staff to ask any questions regarding prescriptions, services, and other products offered within the pharmacy. Excited about the future of the pharmacy to include functional medicine and point of service testing!

Fantastic new pharmacy in Middletown! Highly recommend giving Mary (the pharmacist) a try especially if you are in Anchorage/Middletown. The pharmacy is independent/female owned and operated. Mary was incredibly helpful, transferred my prescriptions, called my insurance and provide top notch customer service. This is an absolutely wonderful alternative to the chain locations.

Incredible place, incredible staff. What pharmacies should be. After years of constant struggles to fill my prescriptions. Mary and the staff just make it so easy.

No more waiting on hold, for someone that isn’t answering. No more waiting in lines, just to find out that your prescription isn’t ready. No more showing up to find out the are closed at an odd time.

I only leave reviews for businesses that I feel deserve it. There are so many more things that I could say, but I’ll just say this. They care.

I can not say enough good things about this pharmacy! I enjoy the people that work there - they're always friendly and they know me by name. I love the phone app - it makes it easy to get my refills. They also offer free delivery but i enjoy taking advantage of the drive thru window or just going in! Excellent service with a hometown touch!!!

I am always happy to support local businesses and especially so when they earn that support. Every employee or owner that has helped me has been kind, patient, and professional. I love the convenience of the drive through window. Consider putting your money into the local community and try this wonderful pharmacy. I also love their cute little apothecary style bags!

This should be your pharmacy! The corporate pharmacies can not even fathom how to provide the level of service, care and attention that Middletown Pharmacy and Wellness can. I have had no problems here and I drive out of my way to avoid companies like CVS and Walgreens to come here

The customer service provided here is unmatched. At the pharmacy I previously used, prescriptions were not filled on time and phones were never answered making it extremely difficult to get any medication. I called Middletown Pharmacy and Wellness and was able to speak with staff and get my prescription filled in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend using this local pharmacy!

Great service here!! I used to fill my dads scripts at Walgreens but they kept missing things and when I had asked to transfer my scripts over the Middletown Pharmacy it was simple, easy, and fast! They didn't miss a single thing! They always reach out to make sure we have what we need and they double check to make sure you don't need anything else on file too! AND THEY MAIL ANYWHERE IN KENTUCKY! EXCELLENT STAFF !

So much more than just a pharmacy! They take excellent care, down to the smallest details. Very great customer service! The store is so cute too, so many other things to shop for when picking up prescriptions.

Middletown Pharmacy & Wellness is in a great location. The pharmacy is WOMAN OWNED !! The staff is wonderful and my prescriptions get filled without the hassel of chain pharmacy run arounds. If you want to talk to an actual person when calling the pharmacy, this is the place to go !

Received some supplements through integrative therapeutics. I am a pharmacist but I went to the Pharmacist/owner for information on the products since I was not educated on the brand and these products, she was super helpful and knowledgeable with resources so I could make a decision and buy what I needed. Amazing staff and Customer service!

This is a great local pharmacy owned by the head pharmacist! I’ve bought prescriptions and over the counter medicine here, no headaches like at big pharmacy chains. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!
