Very nice hot springs. Simple design, super friendly staff, and great water. All co-ed family friendly establishment. No showers. Nursing room available. Gaming corner and lots of tables and benches to gather at. They also offer a basket check so your belongings don’t have to stay out in the open.

Place is a gem. Operated by the Nez Pierce Tribe. Place is good for a great soak and relaxation. Good to bring whole family. Good for birthdays and random parties. Place is located in New meadow Idaho. 15 mins away from Mccall Idaho. Live music in cabin. Great customer service, not expensive.

The day we went, the big pool was 94 degrees and the small pool was 106. Temps were perfect for the adults in the group and my toddler was comfortable the whole time as well. We had a great time. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. This is going to be one of our regular family activities!

My husband and I took our 2 kids (4.5 & 8 months) yesterday for the first time. I had been there a long time ago, maybe 2008? It was a fun and very family friendly! My older son didn’t want to leave. The people running it are so friendly and accommodating. Opposite of what I’ve heard about Gold Fork, which was where we used to go all the time. We will definitely be back when we are in McCall again!

Great place to stay!! Hot water, cool nights, mountains, what else could you ask for!!
The rustic atmosphere here is what makes this place perfect for the setting. The Nez Perce took over the property which I believe is life coming full circle, they lived, breathed and traveled this area way before we did.
At night when the sky is clear the stars are so bright. That's one thing you don't have in town because of all the lights. In the fall you can hear the elk bugle, its such an awesome sound when you hear these large creatures calling out to each other.
They have a resident fox family in the area which is fun to watch.
Hope you enjoy.
The last time I was there the services they offered for a camp site was power and water. The water to each rv site is warm as it comes from the mineral springs which makes it nice for using your outside cleaning station that I use for washing my dogs off.
The day before we left we had an enormous web in the back of our pickup, must have been one of those rocky mountain spiders, big. I hope he decided he didn't want to go back with us.
As always leave it better than you found it and enjoy 😉.

I love this place and was very happy to find that they were still in operation (it'd been 20 years since I've visited) and didn't need a reservation to soak. The lodge is closed for now but they still have drinks and snacks for purchase. At least for now it's card only to pay, so come prepared. Awesome service by the host. Warm water. Love it! We will be back!

This is an AWWWWsome hotsprings. I personally have to say anybody who thinks it is old, needs cleaned, has slimy walls stay home. Those that understand NATURAL hotsprings and all the wonderful minerals that it benefits, come and enjoy. Any natural hotsprings will be exactly the same walls & floors.

It is fresh out of the ground water, no chlorine, no chemicals - a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty, absorbe the natural healing minerals.

March 2022, They have a grant of substantial amount to make improvements, but even without that, we will 100% be back. Great temps, if the hot pool isn't hot enough, they can adjust temp by opening the lines. The origination of the Hot water is bubbling HOT, so ther is plenty to go around.

Yes the walls are slimy, no different than swimming in a lake or river.

Yes stuff floats in the water, again, it is ALL NATURAL.

Come and Enjoy if you aren't to pretentious to enjoy some real nature.

We have been twice now. Kids and grown ups both had a great time!
2 pools, 1 hot, 1 not as hot. They have an arcade and live music sometimes. Good place to go after a long day on the mountain ⛰

Such a great place. Old-school Idaho. Very friendly staff. I remember going here with my grandparents. A little rustic but that adds to the charm.

Extreamly friendly staff who were very helpful. The main pool is huge and the smaller pool was HOT! Hotspring pools are some of my favorite places to go and Zims was fantastic.

G-maps thinks this is a hotel, NOT. But there Is a nice big seasonal campground priced very reasonably between the river and the parking area for the Hot Spring outdoor Pools.
Also a nice big rustic log building with plenty of seating and tables, arcade game area and billiards with restrooms and changing stalls. Places to stow your street clothes or check them in at the counter in baskets; snacks and drinks available to buy too.
Run by very nice people, it's great for families and groups of any size or solo. There's even a private nursing/ cry room and a cozy couch area near the fireplace.
Best swim and soaking option for many miles around!

Nice pools that are decently kept up. Changing areas provided inside, as well as outside with showers. 2ft hotter pool for soaking and a bigger pool that goes to 9ft, I believe, that is warm, but cooler than the smaller pool. Admission is $8 per adult, $7 for seniors, $6 for children, I believe (we were kid free this trip so didnt pay too much attention.) They do have a small camp ground adjacent that is $25 for hookup and $15 for tent, per day, I believe. That price does not include pool admission. Gorgeous area north of New Meadows, Idaho.

Wonderful spot with the friendliest people. Recently bought by the Nez Perce so older reviews may not be reflective of current status. This is definitely not a fancy resort so don't expect that, but it's tidy and the water is wonderful with no smell of sulfur. Considering the extremely reasonable price I really wonder what those below complaining about facilities were expecting. They're slowly putting money into it as they are supported by visitors, building out showers etc that were rusted out when they bought it. I was not charged for a basket so I have no clue what others were talking about.

The gentleman and his partner that run it is are reiki practitioners and work with the water if that's your sort of thing. It is alcohol free in the lodge and pools to maintain the positive environment. Temperatures were 88 °F and 104 °F when I was there in August.

Closed Mondays and Tuesdays to clean and it shows in a good way. Some algae buildup in the cooler pool but trivial compared to unmaintained springs. Camping is very affordable and plenty of it and while there's slight background noise from the highway 1/2 mile away but it's hardly noticable.

Lots of friendly locals and passers by to talk to. I just became a regular and will be stopping every time I'm driving past as it's just a couple minutes off the highway.

Went on a Thursday afternoon and had the place to ourselves, pretty awesome. Staff are super friendly, pool is clean and a great temp. This is a perfect place for families especially young kids. They energize the pool each morning to provide extra healing properties of you're into that sort of thing. We all felt pretty good after :)

We had a wonderful time at the pool the last few days. The water is warm and it is an incredibly kid friendly establishment with a large pool for swimming and a smaller/warmer pool for soaking. We have been coming here since I was a kid and Jenny had some of the best customer service we have received when coming to Zims. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. She was very helpful finding a couple of sweatshirts we left behind and making arrangements for us to pick them up, when we called. 😀💕

We took our extended family here and it was great for a large crowd with a wide age range. The young kids had enough room to swim and play basketball, the teens spent some time inside with the pool table, and the adults were able to sit & visit. We like that the warm pool and hot pool are attached so we could all visit even though we like different temperatures.
We really appreciated the bathrooms and changing rooms, along with the complimentary water and coffee.
