Brundage Downtown Shop

The BEST place to shop in McCall. A little bit of something for everyone! Great Brundage, McCall and Idaho themed apparel and cool shirts, shorts, rompers, purses…Reef sandals, Ariat slippers, jewelry from Idaho artists and even bikes for sale! It’s crazy what they have in their store. Best hat selection in town. To top it off, each time we’ve been in the staff was friendly, professional and full of info about where to go and what to do. This is our “go to store”!

Very friendly people! They took the time to explain the magnetic mechanism of these awesome goggles we were interested in! Love the environment, great prices, love my local Idahoans! We will be back!

Excellent selection of t-shirts at the best prices in town. Customer service is hit and miss. Visited recently and the girl behind the counter just kept looking at herself in the mirror.

Very disappointed in how we were treated today. My husband and I went in with our almost two year old looking to buy something things when our son needed a diaper change. Not knowing the place had a bathroom available to the public. We noticed the changing room was available so we went in to use it to change his diaper. When a lady came to the outside and said how many more can you fit in there, my husband responded none. Our son started to cry I said it’s okay almost done with the diaper change. That’s when the woman’s voice responded saying “oh lord folks are you kidding me we have a bathroom” my husband responded oh we didn’t know. Everything the women said was in a very rude tone. I’m disappointed to say that this store is not family oriented if this is how we were treated.

Worst customer service ever! Female clerk did not acknowledge my friend and I when we came in, but sat there with her earbuds in, watching her phone. We got a snotty look when we asked a question, and then she told my friend to pay with a card instead of cash, "because most McCall vendors prefer cash." My friend said no, we had been shopping all morning with cash and it had not been an issue. The girl drug her cash bag out and scoffed as she filled the register. When the transaction was complete she pushed my friends purchase across the counter with no bag. I immediately returned the items I was going to buy and we left. Will never shop here again. Horrible!!

The woman who owns this store is a scammer!!!! I bought two items and was clearly told I’d receive 20% off and then an additional 10% off. Instead I just got 10% off. I went into the store to return my items the next day. Instead of crediting my account, she CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!! Who does this to people??? Yes, I’ll be contacting Capital One to get both charges reversed.

Horrible customer service. I was going to purchase a cute necklace until the employee (who did not acknowledge us at all while we were the only people in the store) made a snotty remark. Immediately left.

A clearly delusional employee with a sad misunderstanding of reality. If you’re forcing customers to wear pointless masks at least be available to provide them. Everyone take your business around the corner to the Mcall Store. They do not discriminate.

Unfortunately met with lady worker who rudely asked us about vaccination status telling us to leave! Sad that even in Idaho this discrimination and hatred for ones who choose to do something different. Do NOT go in here if you don’t want an unpleasant encounter.

They were closed all day on Friday even though it said 10-6. Really disappointed I didn't get to take a souvenir home
