Lowe's Home Improvement

Needed posts and lumber to temporarily hold up the porch roof that cracked because of too much snow. This is a rental unit and I didn’t think it would happen to me even though the news reported 19 roof collapses but mostly commercial buildings. Everyone get the snow off your roofs home, rental, trailer or commercial. I wish I had listened! Now it will cost me thousands to repair. Lowes had everything I needed at great prices.

I've been using Lowe's for years and even though some people think they are the same as home Depot, they're not, they have their own unique items. Of course everything can be done online now, but if you stop in the millwork section there is a surprising number of products available that are not on the shelves and the employees in that section tend to be pretty knowledgeable.

Staff at Lowe's have more responsibility than meet the eye.They walk 6-8 miles every shift on hard concrete floors, have to provide the best service or else.Every customer has needs and different attitudes of impatient, to down right demanding.Their training is on going off the floor daily in the training room and the missing employees per Department have to be filled by other departments to keep ball rolling.They work under camera surveillance and are corrected diligently by their managers.Lowes has helped build Pensacola residents and commercial jobs before, during and after hurricanes flooding fires ect. The employees have injuries and issues and show up anyway.Good job 👍👍👍

If you're looking for excellent customer support then visit Lowe's. Almost every visit an employee asks if I need assistance. Not all employee's are experts, but generally there is one expert at each store on specific days. If you don't see a brand name here then you'll need to visit another hardware store.

Great prices on anything and everything u could need or want. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. They made sure i understood what, how, when to finish my project. They have mini classes on How To on so many things that need fixed or installed around the house.

I work with a contracting company and our client order all new kitchen appliances. She thought we were able to pick up and deliver but we only do the install. I went into the store to try and get a delivery schedule in time for our client to move into her newly renovated home. I was not expecting to get the amazing customer service I received!

Lowes almost always has what my Mom and I need for our projects. I find off the wall kinda things that you wouldn't expect at the hardware store. Check your prices, tho. Sometimes if you don't pay attention the price tag will be ridiculous..

There were lots of sales associates on the floor helping people but that day they were all busy. I looked up aisle location on my phone from their website and found exactly what I was looking for. Easy peasey!

I can always find what I want at Lowes, and their customer service is excellent. They also are great supporters of the US military.

I love these home improvement stores! Usually they have a pretty good clearance section that varies from cleaning supplies and hardware to appliances and outdoor items! If one of the employees pass you while you're looking, they'll stop and ask if their assistance is needed. Very friendly!

I have long-standing loyalty to Lowe's because of a couple of generous grants I was awarded while I was still teaching. Additionally, my dad owned a small hardware store when I was growing up, so just walking through a hardware store and seeing new tools and old favorites, plus smelling fresh-cut lumber, are always a special treat for me. Lowe's is always very clean, logically organized, and the employees are always cheerfully helpful in locating anything I need. They have especially nice 8 and 12' boards. I was able to purchase everything I needed for ongoing projects. Lowe's - a great store!

Better staff support than Home Depot. Clerks that actually know where stuff is- and they have some check out clerks still. My #1 pick!!

Racial profiling done at the most highest level possible, I got the wrong skin tones so every time I go into the store to buy home improvement stuff for my business I have a personal assistant follow me around the store. And when I pay for the 3,000 dollars in goodies they even check my receipt to make sure All the items I bought are leaving the store with me and I’m not forgetting anything! Wonderful!
