Mccall Cozy Cabin
This is a roomy cabin that can accommodate up to eight! Though big, it still felt cozy and comfortable. Being able to keep our dog with us made it feel like home.

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, the only visitors were a fox, the resident deer and a woodpecker. The three days of ❄❄ only made it more quiet.

We enjoyed ice skating, Zims hot spring, and several delicious meals during our visit. The Vacasa staff were wonderful--the home was clean and tidy, and adding a late checkout was slow but eventually handled.
I highly recommend vacationing in the McCall Cozy Cabin and the Vacasa staff at McCall. It was a great stay.

The house was really cozy and cute! Had everything we needed for cooking and amenities. There isn't any wifi and service was not great but we weren't there to be on our phones so none of us minded. We will definitely be renting Huckleberry Rose again hopefully this summer!

Overall, this was a great stay! Super comfy and cozy, nestled back in the woods. Had all the amenities we needed and was a fantastic place! Loved all the rustic charm and details. Was clean and tidy. Awesome proximity to downtown McCall, while still being quiet and back off the main road. We biked most places and truly felt like locals! Thank you!

We loved this place. It feels much more spacious than the square footage would lead you to believe, and it was very clean. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with lots of open spaces. So many lovely wildflowers, and saw several deer (and fawns!) passing through the vacant lot next door. The location is great-- within easy walking or biking distance to ponderosa park and both lakeview and davis beaches. It would be a fairly easy bike ride to downtown mccall too, though we didn't attempt that. The beds and couch were quite comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well-stocked. We loved all the extras, especially the selection of bikes in the garage, which worked for all of our family members. (there's an air compressor too!) loved the grill and smart tv too. A few issues with the thermostat, but the fireplace was awesome. Highly recommend, especially if you're bringing a doggo (not many pet-friendly options in mccall that we could find, so felt very lucky to come across this one).

My family had a wonderful time staying at this unit, which is located just outside of McCall. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was an issue with a missing propane tank for the BBQ grill, but when I called customer service they sent out a replacement tank the next morning, which was a pleasant surprise. The clubhouse (pool, hot tub, gym) are a short walk from the front door, so that's also really convenient. We would totally come back and stay again next time we're in town.

Great place to bring your family. Everyone had something to do. Fixing meals there and eating together made the trip memorable.
I will recommend these cabins to all my friends.

The home was super welcoming and really clean upon arrival! The kitchen was fully stocked. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets etc. Would recommend this home for a relaxing, fun trip for anyone.

Great house great stay
Stayed for the weekend. Super close to the club house for an easy check in to make the morning tee times. 3 minutes from main street. Clean, accessible, everyone had a great time and this place made the weekend one to remember.

Great place to stay, close to town and mountains. Very clean and well stocked . The location is great with great views out the windows. The hot tub and wood stove were amazing with all of the snow outside. I would recommend Lake fork Lodge

Snowmobile lovers!!
Great home and all ground level
Kitchen was great except pans. They could be upgraded. Loved being able to ride snowmobiles right from the house to the trail head! Driveway was awesome. Plenty of room for two trucks and a 5 place trailer with understanding there wasn’t a lot of snow this year.

Great location!
Very private, corner townhouse butted up against the forest. Very quiet, easy parking and accessibility to the local shops and restaurants.

Mccall was beyond amazing we rented a speed boat with cheap thrills rentals super convenient and affordable very professional workers all we had to do was show up at the boat launch ready to party they bring the boat to you 😀 👍

We booked a cabin for a vacation in McCall Idaho, overall a wonderful experience! The location of the cabin is amazing, the views, the outdoors for the kids to play, wonderful! Cabin is well stocked, very cozy and perfect amount of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We absolutely loved everything with one exception. I think the bed situation is the only area i would say needs some improvement. Beds alone were uncomfortable and the linens scratchy, not enough to deter us but i think with some work it would be 125% wonderful. Overall it was a great decision to stay here and super happy that we found the property through Vacasa.

The charming cabin has a beautiful back deck that quickly became our favorite spot , offering a place to unwind and connect with nature. Thank you for sharing your family legacy with us .

So cozy!
The home was so cozy! The wood work is beautiful and the pellet stove was amazing after a chilly day! We have one at home but not with the automatic start.
my husband told me on the drive home “i think we need to upgrade ours”.
the location was an easy walk to downtown and we even had three young deer in the front yard one morning!

The cabin had everything we needed and was conveniently located. We enjoyed the pool, the clubhouse, the big kitchen, cozy rooms, and the amazing view from the deck. The wonderful accommodations made this our best vacation ever. Thank you for the late checkout option. We didnt want to leave!

This home is all you could want for a mountain getaway and is the best stocked owner rental that we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate with staples in the pantry which saves so much hassle and money to not have to buy such things as salt and pepper, sugar, olive oil and vinegar, napkins, flour, and on and on. There were extra paper towels, plenty of towels and sheets plus a variety of pillows to choose from. The home lives large and the vistas out the windows are wonderful, complete with deer, squirels, birds and friendly dogs being walked by their owners. We would return in a New York minute as the saying goes and Vacasa was wonderful to deal with. I can't say enough good things about this rental and of McCall in general. Friendly people, nice restaurants and amazing beauty all around. This home can easily fit two families and the cupboad of games would add to your enjoyment. We loved every minute of our nine nights hers.

I am happy to revise this and report that the management reached out to us and did agree to cover a large % of the only other cabin that fits our needs for the next week. They’ve redeemed themselves and it appears maybe an employee didn’t handle the situation in the way that they could have in the beginning. We hope that they continue to be vigilant for their customers safety and do not allow the “early dawn cabin” to be listed with them or any other management company until its 100% safe for everyone! A special thanks to Abbie for advocating for the customer and making a vacation go from bad to great!

EXTREMELY weary of their “early dawn cabin”
This cabin has caused people to be hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisoning on multiple occasions. The home is supposedly being fixed now (I was told this is why our booking was cancelled last minute and then did my research and found the horrific backstory of the property).

On top of that, they cancelled our booking with a weeks notice and offered two smaller cabins for the same price that were extremely dated and not what we had booked. We asked for other options and they said they did not have any. Come to find out, they did have another that was about $4,500 more than the cabin we had booked. I presented this to them and said we would be willing to spend more if they would offer a discount for the extreme inconvenience they caused us and our out of town guests....of course they said no.

We loved the woody backyard, while still being close to McCall town, Idaho, and Ponderosa Park. House and yard were very well maintained. Visiting deer were an added bonus. There was only a little trouble getting the lock box to work, and the code to return the key was a little different than opening it. But management was available and very helpful. My group of sisters and I hope to return to this place. We were enchanted!

Home was very well maintained and clean. Definitely well above your average rental home. Nice touches like hand soaps, spices, extra coffee, extra blankets, etc. Very comfortable beds. Great pots and pans. One of the nicest homes we have rented.
