McCall Eye Care - Dr. Justin Rowe

I scheduled an appointment for my husband at the new location. My husband said the Doctor was good. Also helped him with his astigmatism. Very affordable! He was happy with the care he received. The location on Google maps was wrong. It is actually across from hometown pizza. Has a great room for kids to play while parents are getting check up.

On vacation with my family this week, accidentally left my contacts at home and my pair had ripped! Gave a quick call to my hometown doctor for my prescription, called to see if they had a backup pair for me! Lucky for me they quickly found me a pair and got them to me same day! Great place, clean, amazing customer service with friendly receptionists. In a crunch or staying in town I’d highly recommend them!!

Dr Rowe is a great doctor. Very kind and takes the time to figure out what is going on. I appreciate his staff and have been grateful he is in our small town .

Everyone at this office is top notch. They truly care for every patient and don't treat you like a number. You get really thorough exams and they really make sure you're happy with any glasses or contacts you're getting. I am really happy I'm in thier care. I can't recommended them highly enough.

I have been a patient of McCall Eye Care for about 25 years & they have always been professional, helpful, caring and just darn nice. Although I now live in Boise and am in McCall just part-time, I still choose to have my eye exams here. I recently bought new glasses and the opticians also replaced lenses in a couple of my older glasses. Highly recommend.

On vacation in McCall when my eye became inflamed. I have glaucoma and the inflammation was in my worst eye. The staff was amazing and got me right in to see Dr Rowe. He was very professional and caring, treating me so graciously even though I was added to his schedule last minute. I highly recommend him if you live in the McCall area!

Had such a great experience at McCall Eye Care. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I received fast and affordable care and Dr. Rowe is very knowledgeable and was great at explaining everything. I even took my 9 year old daughter and she had a wonderful experience. My husband need one pad replaced on his glasses & they replaced both for free. Very professional & friendly staff. My brother had an appointment with them & was very pleased. Highly recommended.

These folks were amazing! While camping in McCall I accidentally stepped on my glasses breaking the frame. I was concerned we would have to cut our time short and make a trip to Boise to get them repaired but first we Googled eye care in McCall. McCall Eye Care came up so we went in when they opened at 9am. We were met with a smiling face and in 20 minutes my glasses were fixed! The really amazing thing is that they only charged me $5. Excellent and friendly service.

I broke my glasses on the ski hill and they were able to pop my lenses into a set of extra frames they had - same day! Super helpful.

Thanks to Kirsten who found a frame to replace my old, broken one and ground my lenses to fit, all in less than an hour. Friendly, helpful office - so impressed!

So grateful for this place! I was on vacation in McCall when I lost a contact and realized I didn't bring any extra or my glasses. It was miserable and impossible to go the rest of my vacation seeing out of one eye. The Doctor was out of town but found one of his staff members who were willing to coming in on a Saturday to get a stranger some contacts. Thank you, thank you!!

My son and I went to this place and were more than pleased with the service we received. My son had forgotten his contacts and we are from out of town, the staff bent over backwards to help accommodate us. I highly recommend this great place!

I paid $408 (after using my own frames) for glasses in Dec. I found I could not wear them. I called in and they told me to give them time. After not being able to see at all with them, I went back in. They replaced the lens, but I still could not see with them. A while later, I was having pain in one eye and could not see out of it. I went in and Dr Rowe said I had dry eyes. I still had pain so went to a different dr who said I had fast growing double cataracts. I went in to get the cataract removed and my eye was 20/200. They could not believe Dr Rowe missed it. After regaining 20/20 vision, I wrote Dr Rowe a letter recounting what happened. I told him that he had missed the cataract and that I had never been able to use the $408 glasses. I expected that he would make it right, but I never heard a word from him. I wrote again expressing how disappointed I was in his poor customer service, but still never heard a word from him. We have an answering machine and never once received a call from them. I would caution anyone about going to Dr Rowe. He obviously does not care about his patients.
