Pagosa Lodge

Came out to Pagosa Springs for Memorial Weekend Holiday. Staff especially reception staff provided excellent service and was able to accommodate my requests. I loved the room we had with the lake view. Our service dog was welcomed and we all had a GREAT trip. Will definitely visit again.

Super friendly staff! she had an extra toothbrush for us at the front desk too when we forgot ours. rooms are great if you have pets and are the bottom floor, they have sliding doors and a patio right outside to the lawn and lake. you are right on a lake which is beautiful. very clean rooms.

I just wish we could have had hot breakfast! i know this is a covid restrained thing though... more options for breakfast drinks like tea or hot chocolate please! maybe some fruit as well since breakfast is not available right now.

Quite place, fridge and MW in the room. Close to the road but you can’t hear any noise. Breakfast is limited. Beds are so comfy!

This is a huge hotel currently being remodeled under Best Western. The hospitality team was very gracious in getting us situated in our newly remodeled room and assuring we had everything we needed. A really great spread for the complimentary breakfast with fruit, waffles, hot eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy came with juices, milk, coffees and teas. The lobby and eating area was spacious and the construction and remodeling are hardly noticed. We will definitely book here again!

This place is truly AMAZING!! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted by a beautiful woman named Cristina.
She went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I had everything we needed. You guys HAVE to get the couples massage, you’ll be greeted by a a lovely woman named Gloria who will show you where to go to get some good, tasty food.
By the time we got back to the hotel, we were surprised with a very kind and thoughtful letter from the manager, as well as a bag of mineral salts to take home.
Do yourself a favor and come experience this one of a kind experience!!!

Even thought this BW was being renovated and was missing breakfast, and some small amenities the rooms were amazing. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and so nice. She was helpful and down to earth. The rooms were clean, and updated. The mattresses were so comfortable. Shower and bathrooms were clean. They had two sinks, one in the bathroom and one out which is very nice when multiple people are in a room. The location was just outside of town hyt the lake view was great to wake up to. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Lots of renovations taking place so we are excited to stay here once the new pool is built. The breakfast could use some better options besides cereal and bagels 🥯.

These folks saved our vacation! We had originally booked an Airbnb and 7 hours into our drive to CO they called and canceled our stay- during spring break.
I called Pagosa Lodge and they booked us in a room for the week and we’re so sweet about it. The front desk as amazing and so helpful.
Room had everything we needed plus a stunning view of the mountains.
Very convenient location.
We decided to head home a day early and they didn’t charge us for the additional day. - this is how business should be done.
Thank you guys for saving our trip!

You guys!! This is such a great hotel. Updated, clean, awesome staff (like super awesome), spacious room. Let me mention the staff again...the front desk guy is the best! He worked out an issue for us and was so nice during the whole process! There is a Papa Johns connected to this hotel! How cool is that? If we are ever in Pagosa Springs again, this is where we will stay!

Great location & staff. The mountain view with pond in foreground is beautiful. Good spot for bird watchers. Amazing variety of waterfowl right below your balcony. Marlene at the desk is an angel & makes everyone feel welcome. She truly cares about her guests. You will want to extend your stay!

I can’t believe this place has a score of 3.6 ... I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and I had a great time. They were going under some renovation after a pandemic, but they did everything they could in a post-covid pandemic. They did a great job to make customers happy. I would definitely recommend this place to others because of its value for the price. I wanted to give a shout out to TONY the manager, he is a wonderful man and made my wife and I very happy customers. The location is great, it’s close to some nice trails, close to great restaurants, and next door to Walmart and a grocery store.

Check-in took 2minutes, since I booked through Expedia. Our room was nice and clean! I didn’t know we will have lake view and was very happy with that. Location is very convenient as Walmart is right across the street. I noticed a lot of lower reviews, but honestly I’m not sure why, I think this is a nice place for the money and location.

Got caught in a snow storm today at 1 A.m was able to get a room and the manager was very pleasant and respectful even though it was extremely early in the morning and we likely woke him up. Nice room, good environment.

This place was just AWESOME. Staff was really friendly. There was construction going on due to remodeling but really had no affect on our stay. Room and the view was great. Very clean. Price was nice.

I will go ahead and give 5 stars although yall were still under some construction work being preformed, all new fresh rooms , nice comfortable beds with good pillows we slept pretty damn there !!! The employees were very nice and friendly, I can imagine the hotel construction work is done how good the inside will look

Probably the best front-desk service that I've seen in a long time. Reuben was very friendly, and had a polite and respectful manner! Very refreshing change to most other hotels.

Great place to stay and we loved that we could bring our dog along! Tony at the front desk went above ans beyond to make our long weekend perfect! We will stay here again when we come back!

Clean comfortable rooms, incredibly nice staff! Absolutely recommend! Small fridge and microwave in room, nice size TV, bathroom with adjacent sink in other room, sliding door to outside, great for price!
