Gemma's Italian Deli & Market

Enjoyed another great wine tasting at Gemma's. Cozy spot to enjoy wine, food and friends. They selected some excellent wines and the charcutier board was fantastic as always. They have an excellent selection of well-priced wines, Great place overall.

This place is a little gem. In an area where it's difficult to find great wines, food, espresso, deli food, snacks, baked goods, etc.. They have wifi, nice places to sit and eat, talk, drink coffee and more. I think the only think I could recommend is to make a bigger sign or make it clearer. It took us almost a year to see what was here even though we pass it all the time. The current sign is hard to see and read because of all the design and decoration. A sign the size of the Mart across the street would double traffic:) We will be back again for some biscotti, carrot cake, and an espresso:)

Really good sandwiches and probably one of the best tiramisus I've ever had. The ham and cheese croissant is heaven and they carry just the right amount of products to please anyone who comes in. The owners are super nice too. Can't recommend Gemma's enough. Stop in you won't be disappointed

Wow. Delicious. We stopped in on our way back to Boise. My husband and I shared the tri trip sandwich and their homemade potato salad. They both were yummy. Would definitely order both again. Loved the big chunks of pickles in the potato salad. Both employees were lovely. And the market is awesome! Lots of natural and local products. Great wine selection. And Angel’s Envy too. Cheers! Great places; sandwich was awesome. Worth stopping for sure

I recently moved to Jug Mountain and Gemma’s has been an absolute gem for me. Rachel, Ryan and Monty have been service excellence and the store has overall great food and wine. The homemade pastas are delicious and sandwiches as well. Having a place like this close to home when the weather is crazy is a gift. Any negative reviews especially about wearing masks go drive yourself into a frozen creek.

This is my favorite place to eat in the whole valley!!! “The Italian” is my go to. If you like carrot cake- get a carrot cake cupcake!! So bomb!! Cheese cake? amazing!!

I walked in and was greeted by 2 friendly woman. The deli mas showed my e different types of cheese and lovely Porto Wines . I got 3 items. All delicious 😋 I'll be back soon.

Wonderful selection of products and the deli is amazing! Crafts for the baby girl on the road. The aged steaks looked amazing!!! Terrific wine selection and a super friendly staff.

Fun gals, great food, awesome service. They will help you choose the best wine for you and your friends. They have an amazing coffee bar and deli. Two Sisters also has a variety of fresh meat and chicken products to choose from.

Just ate there yesterday. Had an Italian sandwich. Changed my life! New favorite joint! The deli girl is really nice too. Possibly better than the competing sandwich places in McCall even! Also, to those people giving them low stars for the mask mandate stuff, are you really willing to threaten someone’s livelihood over masks and write negative reviews?! Sad.

Excellent Italian sandwich! This place has a wonderful selection and they have excellent staff members. I really enjoyed my visit and I will definitely be coming back here again in the near future. The sandwich and the bread are absolutely among the best you are going to find in this area.

Great little local place for amazing homemade sandwiches and an extensive selection of wine and liquor to purchase from. They also got essentials for purchase, such ad basic groceries, and a deli. They also have a little upstairs place to sit down and eat. While you eat, you can also view and purchase award winning homemade quilts. A must-go place for visitors in the area to grab some food and essentials!

Amazing food and goregous atmosphere, absolutely wonderful deli selection with delicious dry aged meats and delicious coffee and sandwiches, cute store full of life and the store owners are wonderful. Great for a stop for supplies or to have a coffee and get lunch with a friend, friendly staff and lovely place!

Stopped in for a sandwich and got homemade lasagna and a bottle of wine to take home for dinner. Everything was so delicious. Great country market and really nice people. We’ll definitely be back!

Gemmas has amazing food, a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who aim to please. Rachel, the new owner, is just so sweet and works so hard to be sure she satisfies her customers.
