The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs

Had the best experience this past weekend with my family. Everything from the room to the pools and snack bar to golf course, all at one location, definitely hit the spot.

I am a lefty so finding clubs is quite a challenge but so stoked the Pro Shop had an entire set readily available for rent. Nothing beats the views while on the course. A picturesque background of mountains with a bit of white snow on the tops made golfing feel as if you are in a completely new state.

We stayed here for a week and the hotel has everything you need. A full kitchen with plates, silverware and pots/pans. The washer and dryer were in the room and the place was very comfy. The only complaint I would say was there is not enough parking when the place is full.

Excellent property. Loved the bedding and furnishings. We had a problem with the room key system not working for 2 days. But security/housekeeping was very prompt in letting guests into the room.

My trips to Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas in Rancho Mirage have been exceptional! Bethany at the front desk is amazingly kind, caring, accommodating, and tremendously helpful! The villas, themselves, the pool, and other amenities are luxurious, with gorgeous views (they’re also so much fun)! The staff (especially Bethany - I have to mention her twice) are friendly, generous, wonderful, and they made the whole experience 100 times better than it already was (which was incredible)! The prices are spectacular, by the way! I stayed at the villas this summer, as well as last summer, and I’d like to make it a summer tradition!

Situated next to Mission Hills Championship golf course. This place had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were spacious, and the crew here were very friendly and helpful. A short drive to both Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Coachella. We will definitely come back.

Excellent resort. Love the rooms, grounds, and pools. By far one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love to come here in the fall to use extra points from my timeshare. Missed the past 2 yrs so it was nice to come back. Still impeccably clean, and instantly makes you feel at home. I heard the pool bar restaurant was open only until 5pm. I did not get food at the resort this time. Brought food to cook and made use of the full kitchen. Everything needed was available. Get the premium one bedroom so you have the jacuzzi tub in room. The only semi problem seemed to be parking.

They have 2 pools, the main one has a slide convinient for kids and adults. Entertainment and other programs
Also they let us stay at the pool after check out and provided us with access card. The location is so close from shopping area, 5 mins with the car.

Absolutely amazing! The service was great and there is so much to explore, with little duck ponds and beautiful golf courses. The pool is so nice with 125 foot water slides, and a tasty poolside bar. There is an Italian restaurant that is so yummy

Super fun as family trip!! We all live the pool! The service is perfect too! The desert was too hot for last weekend so we were in water the whole time!

This trip was our annual Family Labor Day weekend vacation. The accommodations were great and the staff were amazing. Alexandra Martinez ensured that our family vacation would be an amazing experience and she and the Westin team did not disappoint. The entire team (Alexandra Martinez, Aaron Hassan, Rebecca Fortier, Maria Kelley, Behany Nunez, Mariana Jimenez, Randall Henderson) attributed to our amazing vacation. While we always have the best time ever, my family said this year was even more amazing than the other 7 years. The staff went over and beyond to accomodate us, including our villa selections, our check-in experiencees, our cabana experiences and the overall kind and warm treatment by this amazing team.

This is a beautiful resort! Great for a long weekend! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The grounds, amenities and restaurants are very nice. The architecute is beautiful. The service is excellent. The staff are courteous and polite, and go out of their way to acommodate every request. Jasmin, at the Front Desk, was very kind, patient, and resourceful when accommodating our requests. I would definitely come back to Westin Mission Hills Resort.

I love this place! They have such fun activities for the whole family! The rooms are big and spacious. The pool is super fun and clean.

My family and I had a good stay at the Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas. The slide on the resort is a hidden secret and the cold water by the pool is the perfect thing to cool you down during the hot summer months. We were able to cook on the grill outside and were very comfortable during our entire stay here. Would recommend.

Problem on this hotel are:
1.The Valet person ignored me, so i did self parking.feels like they only choose nicer car to assists.
2. Housekeeping doesnt really greet guest and they dont smile instead they give us grouchy face 😁 and they are loud.

Much like our Marriott timeshare villas, which means top-of-the-line, luxurious accommodations. Only eatery on site is the pool bar but offerings were good. Very helpful staff

Rooms and everything is great on site but customer service is rude and doesn’t like to help . Spoke to Rebecca from customer service on the phone and she was rude and getting an attitude. Y’all should change her name to “Karen”.

The rooms were clean and the pools were great, especially with the summer heat. Only issue is the crickets that seem to come in via the drains so I would recommend simply closing them when not in use. Otherwise, it’s a really nice spot.
