Marriott's Shadow Ridge II- The Enclaves

Staff is very friendly and a very awesome place to stay! They have a ton of amenities like pools, hot tubs, ping pong, pool tables, corn hole. The weather is perfect during December as it’s not too hot.

Great Marriott vacation club! Loved the room; had a nice kitchen, living area, bedroom and thought it was interesting to have two sinks in the bathroom that were apart. Liked the balcony, but it felt very dusty so you couldn’t place anything down on the table. Room did feel a little old but it is a Marriott vacation club. Overall, good. Loved the amenities like the multiple pools. The gym was excellent and so were the basketball courts, a great addition. Location was great too, not too far from Palm Springs but also close to multiple shopping centers. Overall, great Marriott and will stay again when I am in Palm Springs!

Soooo awesome for large or multiple families! So clean, pool areas were great, central location to stores and restaurants, many kids activities (for adults too lol) and our villa was beautiful. Will definitely be going back, kids loved it and me too.

It is fun to go there. It has a pool. I think it has wheelchair accessible and it has a spa and no gym. I think the views are good. The rooms are small but good so I read it a nine out of 10.

Love this place… but don’t come here, you won’t like it. Kidding, but keep it nice, would ya?!

My husband come to Marriott Shadow Ridge every summer. Sometimes we stay the Enclaves and sometimes we stay in the Villages. There are very different styles. My husband
and I are still here at the resort and definitely enjoying our time. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and the staff is excellent. I had a lot of requirements for our Villa. I told the person I spoke to , that they probably won’t be able to accommodate all of the requests, so I told them to do the best that they can. I also told them the most important of our requests. I don’t know the persons name that I spoke to. Anyway, to our surprise they met every one of our requests, amazing. We had a few issues, and normally I would deduct a star for that. The reason that I didn’t is because Duane, who is an Assistant Manager of a department, really came through. I don’t know his exact title, but as I said he came through and he corrected the problem as soon as he got to the opportunity to. I really love all the pools and the various activities. My husband and I don’t have any children, but they are plenty of activities for both adults and children. Marriott Shadow Ridge is definitely one of our favorite properties. We are still enjoying our stay. I’m hoping the General Manager sees my review because I think the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and as I said the grounds are gorgeous. I’m having a good time with my husband. I’m glad to see my husband having a good time because he takes care of me just about 24/7. We just also found out while we are here that he is nominated to be Vice President of a major non-for profit, which is a volunteer position. Even though this is a volunteer position this is such a big deal and a great honor. Now, we are also celebrating, we’re having a great time and we can’t wait to return to Marriott Shadow Ridge.

Clean, modern rooms. Perfect for the entire family. BBQ on site steps away from your room, so they're convenient for you when needed. Laundry and ice machines also readily available. Plenty of pools to choose from. Good pool side service, chicken tenders are a hit with my kids along with the Oreo shake... Tasty adult beverages as well.

I've stayed in the resort a few times and it's a great place.

Venue - Place is huge with multiple pools, activities, golf, and so much to do here.

Pools - Place has amazing pools, from having splash areas for the kids, private cabanas, big screen tvs with sports or movies at night, bars, food service etc.

Staff - People here are so nice and will go out of there ways to help.

Parking - Depending on the building you stay in and how packed it is, it can suck and you might have to walk a lil or park in the hot sun.

Prices - It all varies on the time you stay here but it's well prices for the activities and mainly the pools.

Rooms - They're a bit dated but clean, could use some maintenance on some stuff that I noticed. But overall spacious, washer and dryer in room, full kitchen and you have everything needed.

Great place and would recommend it and stay here again.

Everyone was very nice. Great Customer Service. I will try to make this one of my yearly vacation spots. 3 Pools although they might want to extend pool hours for adults only as the pool closes at 9pm to. Watched the playoffs on projector screen tv while lounging in the pool. What a way to cool off 😊

First time visiting this Marriot Resort. It was a really nice stay, we got a small one bedroom villa with a king bed, bathroom with a stand up shower, a small kitchen, full size fridge, a living room, dining table, couch with a pull out bed, laundry inside the villa, and a balcony that over looked the pond & golf course. It was 3 adults and 3 kids & it was spacious enough for all of us. We had a great time! The resort has 3/4 pools & we went to two of them & they’re big enough for a lot of people. A lot of day chairs and shade everywhere. We would come again!

This place is amazing. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. We shared a two bedroom villa with my brother. It was plenty of space for everyone including two young kids. The villa was fully furnished. The only problem we ran into was the remote controls for the TV/DVD. Other than that, the rooms were spotless. The grounds were spotless. It is huge complex so walking to everything is tough. But they have a shuttle to get you around. Awesome place.

One of the better Marriott timeshare resorts. Excellent facilities; very clean & well maintained. Great location in the California desert. Lots of exceptional dining in the area. The Nick Faldo designed golf course is a must play. Staff very friendly and very helpful

We stayed in this place for a week in the two bedroom villa with 5 kids. Room that we got was renovated so it was clean and good looking, no smells, pretty specious. Grounds big and with a lot of things to do for kids. I enjoy the views from our room but you have to request ahead of time to get that. There are several pools, some are designated as quite pools and are designed for adults, but kids usually would be there as well... Main pool area is fairly large with two pools and two jacuzzi. Volleyball net in the pool. Customer service was not great at the counter but we made it work. Overall we were pretty happy with this place. Last year we stayed at the Westin, and I think that place a bit better, but not by much....

Spent a few days here with family. Great 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the golf course. Downed tools instantly, relaxing times at the pools, such friendly guys doing cocktails at the bar, power walking the paths

We have stayed here maybe half a dozen times over the years and absolutely love the quality of the accommodations, the size of the condos. It is close to shopping of all kinds and we have favorite restaurants that deliver consistent results. We stay away from pricey eating establishments, and have found many moderately priced ones. The workout room is better than most hotels by far. The golf course is managed well. The facilities are beautiful.

Absolutely loved our 2 bedroom Villa. It surpassed our expectations! The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and when we had a request, staff were quick to offer assistance. Pools were clean, cozy and fun for the whole family. I can't wait to come back!

A beautiful resort. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and updated. The pools all have bars offering appetizers and other snacks. Lots of activities going on for the whole family. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Seriously the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The hotel is obviously for vacations and not business, but there are plenty of restaurants and shopping a short drive away.

Great property with lots of mountain, golf course views. Good place to stay when going to the Indian Wells tennis tournament.

Checked in easily. Room wasn't spacious but was clean, comfy, nice and we squeezed in our kids too. The pools, water play pads and activity center were great. My daughter loved painting a bird house. Check out was super easy.
