My twin sister passed away on April 26. I was so lost and not knowing what to do n I had the pleasure to work with Brendan . He communicated with such committed to help me with all the right steps. This was my first time having to handle the loss of a very close family member. I’ve never had to make arrangements to say our goodbyes before. We decided to call Mr. Coelho to make arrangements and he handled everything for us very well and quickly. He listened to us and answered all our questions from affordable pricing and details leading up to the funeral service. Mr. Coelho and his staff were great from beginning to end. They were caring and the attention to detail was outstanding. He did an excellent service in transitioning my sister to her final resting place. A very caring and polite person Coelho has always been an amazing human being. Would always come to him and treat and caring is unique. So Miss Rachel Santiago, You give a one star for a business because of one employee who was trying to do her job and the people were just standing there and looking at her . Funerals are run on a time schedule. She apologized for yelling but no one was moving. You give a one star to a business because of one person, so that makes you a one star human being. People on drugs should not be on computers and are considered lesser than.
