It was my first time at this dentist for we just moved here and I couldn't have been more impressed. I get a lot of anxiety with going to a new dentist but everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. My hygienist was super patient with me, very gentle and so sweet. The dentist was also wonderful and made me feel very calm. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

I had a great first experience at South County smiles! The environment was very welcoming, all of the staff seemed genuinely happy to see me and the other patients, and their facilities are top notch! My hygienist Erin was very thorough, quick, kind, and explained the different procedures that were being done as well as what to expect. The initial diagnostic was very thorough, and we not only got xrays but also we did 3D modeling of the teeth so that I could see some areas of wear. Doctor CJ was amazing with his clinical evaluation, and he discussed in detail possible issues that I have with wear on the teeth and a road map to see how it changes over the course of a year. I 10/10 recommend south county smiles and am so happy to be part of the family!

I always have a good experience with the staff and doctors. Having had a number of complications during my treatment, the advice from everybody continues to be very positive. For somebody with no dental coverage, however, treatments costs are sometimes tough to swallow.

Excellent thorough friendly staff who treated me very well for my first visit. The hygienist was quite knowledgeable explaining her routine as she went along, and she made me feel very comfortable. The doctor also explained my X-rays, images etc. and took the time to answer my questions.

Since I am a part-time resident, I thought it would be impossible to get an appointment for an emergency procedure. I not only got an appointment, but was seen by Dr. Ben- my favorite. He really cares about every patient and is kind and talented, treating his patients in a calming manner. 🙏🏻 The entire staff is fantastic and organized. I am grateful for the top treatment that I received today.

I visited South County Smiles for the second time yesterday to have my teeth cleaned. My hygienist was Leah. Like the first time, she provided wonderful service. Leah is a very experienced hygienist and removed all the tartar accumulated over the past months. She also made sure that I don't have any issues with my gums and jaws. Leah is pleasant and kind. I am glad to have her as my hygienist and look forward to seeing her in January 2025.

South County Smiles far exceeds any other Dentist I have ever been to. My wife and I were sorting through offices over the years and are so glad to have found them. Great efforts for scheduling, making your procedures comfortable, having new tech, being friendly, clean etc.

Best experience ever at a dentist! I went in today for a cleaning, this was my first visit to South County Smiles. Check in was simple and the woman behind the desk told me to ask if I needed any help. Wait time was very short. Kayleigh (sp?) was amazing! She was friendly, detailed and passionate about teeth! Dr. CJ was also amazing! He was very informative and knowledgeable. Deb at check out was also amazing and friendly! I can't say enough great things about this place. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning! Thank you all!!!

They got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment, the day after a holiday weekend because of the pain I was in!! Very kind staff, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and really seemed like he cared about my dental health. Looking forward to getting my teeth in tip top shape at this office.

Great experience at SCS! I was in the area on a family vacation when I had an immediate dental need. They adjusted a schedule to get me in that day, went over my options, ran my insurance before hand, and fixed me right up in under an hour. Everybody was great and I appreciate their service!

In my 71 years of life, I have never experienced dental care that can compare to the experienced I have had with South County SMILES. I have always been a high anxiety dental patient, but from the first time I sat in the dental chair I felt so comfortable. The staff focus on making you calm, and relaxed. The doctor and the assistant are perfectly in tune with each other while conducting your procedure. There are no surprises. You are informed of every move throughout your time in the chair. I was so very lucky to get Dr. Ben right from the beginning. This young man is such a brilliant doctor . I can't say enough about his professionalism, and manner. I was made to feel like a good friend ,and not just another patient. I new that I needed to spread the word to all my family and friends of my new discovery. Well I'm happy to say that most of these people are now with S.C. SMILES 😃. They too are raving about this number one dental practice. Thank you for the opportunity to express my enthusiasm.

Just moved back to Rhode Island after 30 years and needed a new dentist. Dr. Zarrella at South County Smiles was outstanding. He saw me quickly, scheduled a follow-up tooth extraction and bone grafting (which I knew I was going to need) two weeks later. Came back for that, and it was honestly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I had had the exact same procedure done on the other side of my mouth the year earlier by a Manhattan dentist, and it was a very bad experience with pain for about four days. With Zarrella, I'm not exaggerating when I say I had no pain. It's been four days now, and I've had a bit of soreness (more like occasional headaches) but have been astonished by how uneventful this whole experience has been and have barely used the pain medications they prescribed. Zarrella has a nice way about him too - you can tell he's very serious and laser-focused on his work, but he also had a laid-back, joyful quality while he was doing the work. Not to mention the exceptional attitudes of the dental assistants who worked with me during both appointments - I had heard they were unusually good at making patients feel comfortable, and that's 100% the truth. The doctor and assistant even chatted and made jokes while working on me to make me less nervous. To top it all off, I paid zero dollars because they accepted my Cigna insurance and are in-network. I go back in a week or so for follow-up. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I originally was a bit apprehensive about doing this attempt to get implants. Boy, was I wrong, what I found was a bunch of very dedicated real people that truly cared about me and my experience! C.J. was fantastic to deal with, and from the time I went in, until the time I left, I was made to feel comfortable throughout my journey. Nothing to be fearful of at all. Everything that was done was done properly and respectfully. I was made to feel like a friend. It was that good. I highly recommend South County Smiles for all of your dental needs. Our 3 yead old had a great first dental visit! The hygienist and dentist were awesome and she left asking when we can go back, lol.

Had to bring my 6 year old, great nephew to the appointment, and they treated him like a king and answered his million questions. Mary, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Ben are the best!!!! This is truly a family dental 🦷 office.

I am so thankful I found SCS. I was in so much pain from a bad tooth. the day before i went to Aspen dental where i was charged lol this money and told they couldn’t do anything. The entire team was so compassionate and Dr.D assured me i wouldn’t leave without him helping me and he kept his promise. He was amazing as well as all his staff. He explained everything to me and they were upfront about everything. SCS is my new go to dentist office. Thank you guys ❤
