This is the worst furniture company that I've dealt with. They sent me the wrong size box spring and over two months later and over 10 phone calls and 2 visits back to the store, still no correct box spring! The store managers never called me back like they stated. Customer service never returned phone calls.

Very disappointed in Ashley's furniture we have always got our furniture there but this time was different. We bought a bed from them for my grandson and they called 2 days before delivery to tell me that the only thing being delivered would be the frame and the head rest would be delivered a month and a half later 🤦 so we cancelled and asked for our money back "now" our checked cleared 2 days after we paid and now it's taken them over 2 weeks to give us our money back! Some BS about it going thru corporate office they said . I'm just just like"that's bad business" so be aware about what you buy from them and how you pay and schedule if possible to get it first at the store for delivery then go pay but we for one will never buy from them again or recommend them
