Sometimes it can be intimidating as an LGBTQ person to navigate a "traditional" field like funeral service. A.A. Mariani was kind, listened, offered suggestions. As hard as everything was planning my partner's funeral, nothing was hard about interacting with A.A. Excellent service and transparent prices; no pressure at all. Spacious, clean with a decent amount of parking. Michael and the staff make the entire process easy. Nobody wants to lose a love one; unfortunately, this is a reality and sooner or later is going to happen. Our mother made her arrangements with Mariani funeral home before she died. When we had to contact Mariani regarding her death, they immediately responded and were extremely efficient. We then met with Tom Paquette. Tom was not only efficient, organized, and knowledgeable, he also treated my siblings and I with great kindness and compassion. When asked, he helped us to make some additions to my mothers wishes and offered some great suggestions, one of which was hiring a lovely singer for the chapel service. We couldn’t be more pleased. I am strongly considering Mariani for my choice of funeral homes when I’m ready to make those arrangements.

After the sudden death of our mom, we choose A.A. Mariani & Sons Funeral Home because of its close proximity to our ailing dads residence. We've had the unfortunate experience of having to plan two services within 6 months and Michael's kind disposition, patience and sense of humor were greatly appreciated.
