Eagle Truck Stop and Family Restaurant

This is a good example of an old school truck stop, with a diner and separate fuel island. There is plenty of parking on a smooth gravel lot. The people were friendly and helpful. Older buildings but very well taken care of, and clean.. very clean. The parking is free if you're spending the night. $10 per 24-hrs if you are not staying with your truck. I paid $10, stayed for a 34-hour reset, and dropped my wagon. Walmart, hotels, and laundry mat nearby. [I recommend Bob-tailing to these places]
They also have showers. I did not use them.

We read about this place on Google map's and decided to take a chance. The one thing I was looking forward to was the Jukebox that was mentioned in a previous review, but sadly, it has been removed.
The food didn't disappoint, though. My husband had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. The meal didn't have a vegetable or salad with it, but the size of the steak and the portion of the potatoes was more than enough. I had the deluxe hamburger and fries. I removed the bun, and the burger alone with the fries was more than enough. The sodas was a little expensive, $3.50 each. However, you had free refills .
Truck parking was adequate, but it is a gravel parking lot. The good thing about it is that there are no big craters in the lot.
If you have a chance stop by.

Spaghetti and meatballs was worth ordering again and had a little kick to it in the sauce department. The meatballs were large and yummy like mom used to make- nice and tight, not like hamburger squished into a circle. Salad was fresh. Service was attentive. Restroom was clean. It's a gem right off the exit with truck parking in a good sized lot. Not the cheapest place but the food is well worth the price. I would recommend this place to everyone. Grade A

Very nice people, same owners for 34 years! Fresh food on the buffet! The menu is great, too much to choose from! If leave hungry it’s your fault! Miss places like this, they’re a great place to deal with as well! Only downside was parking, however I can deal with it for good food!

Food was hot and fresh. Waitress was very attentive and friendly.
Didn't have the buffet but it did look good. Place was also clean.

Clean. Quiet, which was nice to talk over coffee. We had the breakfast buffet which had a good selection and very fresh food. Everything we had from the buffet was delicious. Our server was Sid. He was amazing! Polite, quick, efficient, attentive. It's been a long time since I've had that kind of service anywhere.

The waitress was super nice and very patient with having such a large group. The food was good and the pricing was fabulous. Decor was slightly outdated but we like it that way. We sat and drank coffee and talked for way longer than we should have.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but dont let that fool you. The place is clean and waitstaff insisted on getting clean plate with every trip to the buffet. They care about cleanliness and sanitation. The food was very good. I managed to take some pictures before people were around. Worth the visit and if you leave hungry it's your fault. I will definitely be back if in the area.

Fantastic! I got the French toast , fluffy perfectly done. My son got the curry with rice and naan bread. Absolutely delicious!

My husband and I were in from out of town. We came here after getting no service at Dennys. We saw this mom n pop joint, stopped, and got seated immediately. We passed on the breakfast buffet that looked great (and we had breakfast earlier). I had the chicken sandwich deluxe and added bacon. Let me tell you something, that sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I EVER had! It was so good my taste buds were dancing and I couldn't believe it! Fresh cut fries came out hot, ya had to be careful not to burn yourself. The staff was polite and attentive. I would highly recommend coming here. I was very impressed, and I am sooo happy we didn't eat at Dennys. It's been a while since a restaurant had food that wowed me and left me satisfied.

Very nice truck stop with plenty parking spots, clean restrooms and very good restaurant. Staff very friendly. 100% recommend.

The food was very good and it was funny listening to all the help talk to the customers they were very funny and fun to be around.

Had a great visit I knew I was going to stop at this place didn't have much time a lot of times I eat on the road. I'm glad I stopped and it was delicious. Had a great conversation with a trucker and learned about his life Heavy Hauling. Very friendly place as usual. Thanks you guys I will keep adding as I eat here again lol . The fuel prices are good also

I fueled up with or work trucks we had 3 big trucks they were easy to get in and out of the pumps and big for big trucks they have a restaurant with plenty of of options snd they have a small truck stop with alot of quick food choices

Small truck stop with a fantastic restaurant. It is right off the highway. The parking lot is gravel so don’t get a truck wash until after!! The squeegee’s at the pumps are small like the ones you would use on your car. The bathrooms were clean and the outside was clean. The restaurant food was really good. They have a breakfast and lunch buffet. Lunch buffet is $11.99. They also serve breakfast all day! I’m usually picky with my coffee but their coffee was pretty good. We both got an omelette which are huge by the way for 8.99. They come w toast or biscuit and hash browns or home fries. Some come with the home fries inside the omelette. For dinners I did see they have a lot of home cooked food such as liver and onions, pot roast, turkey and steak! The waitress was very nice and always made sure our coffee was full. I also noticed a juke box in the corner. Great place to go to other than a chain truck stop! If you find this review helpful please give it a thumbs up.

Good food and excellent service from Beverly ❤ I was going to get take out but she encouraged me to dine in and I'm so glad I did. She is very attentive and so very sweet! And makes the most deliciously beautiful banana split

Gravel lot roomy. Toilets clean, buffet fresh plus my fave chicken curry mild. Service friendly.

The food isn't bad. The guy that was the waiter in the afternoon was great. The guy in the morning however not so much.
