I love this store. It's one of my favorites. I shop here a lot. Their sales are worth coming into the store. I went in yesterday and purchased $946.00 worth of merchandise. Most were on sale except 3 pairs of pants. The store was running an extra 25 % off sale items, but the sale ended the day before. I asked the manager, " Debbie," if she could give me the discount anyway since I spent so much money. She said no, we can not manually give you the discount. The manager told me to call customer service, so I did. Customer service was so nice and supportive. They credited my credit card with the 25% discount on all the sale items! I was very pleased 😊. I'm definitely going back to this store again and again!

I wish I had the names of the two ladies working there on Friday 5/13/22 (I believe) because they were professional and friendly. Went in looking for something to wear over a dress to a wedding and one of the staff was very helpful and looked through the store and online to find something that worked. She had to order the right color/size but it got delivered in time and I’m very happy with it. I looked in other stores in Levis Commons and no one else had the same type of merchandise or level of service. (Only complaint is that the clothing is made in China which is regrettable but it still seems high quality.)

Customer service is amazing there! Jessica W is phenomenal and knows how to help you find what you need and make you feel comfortable. The whole staff is friendly and the clothes are organized and clean! Love this location.

What an awesome staff! I needed a few items and had my 3YO with me. The staff entertained him so I could try on and shop. I can’t thank them enough! So grateful and will be back!

It is with great consideration that I feel the need to bring up my experience at my local store. I was shopping at
3185 Levis Commons Blvd Suite 3185, Perrysburg OH 43551

today. To start with, I arrived a few minutes before the noon opening so I was waiting patiently outside. When the clerk unlocked the door, someone ahead of me walked in, followed by the clerk. I pulled the door open and the clerk stood in the doorway trying to move an advertising board outside. No mention of excuse me or inviting me in. She simply continued on her mission. I was a little taken back by her unwelcoming, and basically rude behavior. I went in anyways and began looking around. Right when I was leaving, I spotted a pair of shoes so I tried them on and decided to purchase them. At this time, I did not know Maddie was the store manager. At least that is what I was told when I asked to speak to the manager when checking out.

The shoes were $150. I explained to the store manager, Maddie, that I had purchased a $198 dress the day before at the Ann Arbor Michigan store. Being this was during the buy more, save more special, I asked if I could receive a price adjustment since my purchase in 24 hours was over $300. Instead of $20 discount per both purchases, I would receive $75 off both items. $35 is $35!

Maddie asked me if the dress was in the store. I said I don’t know. Not sure why that mattered. She could see my purchase if she took a minute to verify what I bought by pulling up my account. She preceded to inform me that she was “unable” to do that. So I asked, so I will have to purchase the shoes, drive back home (20 minutes each way) to get the dress and come back to return both and repurchase both? I got a blank stare from her and her response was “I can probably do that”. Probably??? That’s exactly what I said…probably?? She said, “well I said I can”. No, that is NOT what she said in her
sarcastic tone. She said “probably”.

Fast forward 45 minutes later, I walked back into the store. Both Maddie and the other clerk working were standing in the front window dressing a mannequin. Neither acknowledged me and without a doubt, they both saw me. They both came up to the counter and Maddie asked how much discount did I receive the day before on the dress. I told her $20. I also mentioned I had a $5 reward I used. She promptly and sarcastically informed me that I will lose the $5 and won’t get that back. Now, it was the point of the matter to me! She refused to provide a price adjustment when I originally asked. Instead she was making this whole issue more than it needed to be.

I shop WHBM (Icon status), Chicos (Fierce status) and Soma (Cloud 9 status) regularly. I’ve never been treated this rudely in either of those stores! The clerks at those stores actually value my business and I am always treated well.

Brick and mortar stores are struggling with on-line shopping. I would think that customer service in store would be at the upmost importance. Maddie obviously doesn’t feel the same. Sadly, she is your face of the Perrysburg Ohio store!!

This negative interaction will have a lasting effect and I really have no desire to shop at that location. I’m fairly certain that this issue will never be addressed with Maddie. Makes me wonder if this is typical behavior from her.

According to Inc. Magazine, it takes roughly 40 positive customer experiences to undo the damage of a single negative review. That’s a lot of potential sales!!
