They were extremely friendly when I went on June 3rd in the evening. Congratulated my wife and I on our anniversary, and even prompted more conversation from us regarding vacation plans and things of that nature. Great customer service and friendly environment.

Love this place. They have jewelry, purses, beautiful shawls and those finishing touches women love.

Cute clothes for a decent price. However they do not carry all the sizes in store meaning you have to purchase clothes online and pay for shipping.

Very disappointed! As a manager myself, the customer service from this boutique was not the greatest! None of the female associates acknowledged our presence, or asked if they could help us. I notice 3 at one time at the registers, whispering and acknowledging other customers, while we were ignored! The boutique is very small with scarce sizes, for this location. We miss the Monroe St. location in Toledo, in my opinion was better with customer service and their selection. Also, the club membership could not be access for new members, due to internet issues. Horrible! Will not shop here and don't recommend!

I ordered clothes from the online store back in June. I never received the order, although it said it was delivered. I checked with neighbors, checked side of home, etc all the things they tell you to do. I wrote numerous emails to the costumer service, and never once received an email back. I would give 0 stars if I could. Be cautious about wasting your money on something online, because if you don’t get it looks like you might be out of luck. Will never order from them again.
