S. Roberts company printed my restaurant Tee shirts for many years. I NEVER had a problem with the quality of the shirts; Customer service was excellent and reliable.

Unfortunately, the supplier who wrote the above review acted in the most unethical way possible in our industry by contacting my client directly. That is an industry no-no! The supplier works through the distributor, NOT against them!!! The client knew it was wrong, and texted me immediately. Our ethics are above reproach! And his review is nothing short of retaliatory for getting caught! And Timothy, Matthew and REbecca who, at the very least, do NOT exist!!! If they do, we have NEVER interacted!! Kyle LAzurko is a lying, disgraceful example of people who use others to advance their unethical behavior. My client reported him to me when he called her to cut me out of the equation! He is the lowest of the low. Do business with him at your own peril!

My team and I had a notably challenging experience interacting with Francey Nathan, Owner/Partner at S. Roberts Specialty Co., Inc.

As a manufacturing company, we strive to maintain clear and concise communication with all our clients. Recently, we received a request for quote (RFQ) from S. Roberts Specialty Co., Inc. As per our standard operating procedure, we responded with additional questions, aimed at providing the most accurate quote possible.

Regrettably, Mrs. Nathan seemed to take issue with our protocol. She demonstrated an authoritarian stance, expressing the view that she controlled the dialogue, and asserted our team was in error for soliciting additional details to generate a precise quote.

Throughout the approximately 40 email exchanges, Mrs. Nathan seemed intent on escalating tensions within our team. She repetitively posed identical queries - ten times in total - leading to mounting frustrations among our production and sales staff. Nevertheless, we retained our professionalism and informed her that we would not be proceeding with the project due to the ongoing communication issues.

Despite our polite withdrawal, Mrs. Nathan continued to engage in correspondence that we deem inappropriate for a business setting. She resorted to using disrespectful language, issuing threats against our staff, and unfairly disparaging the hard work and dedication of our team members.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a respectful, professional business environment, and this experience was a stark departure from the standards we uphold. We find this kind of behavior unacceptable and strongly believe in treating all our business interactions with utmost respect and dignity.

We hope this review provides valuable insight for other businesses considering interactions with S. Roberts Specialty Co., Inc. Professional communication is fundamental to successful business relationships, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations.
