First and foremost, Jeremy’s a great guy. Not common in the auto industry. He sold me a high quality car, and didn’t pull any punches. The car he sold me had an immaculate CarFax. We came to an agreement on a fair price, and he was transparent and fair throughout the entire process. I even ended up having an issue with the brakes about a month after I bought the car. I brought it back to his dealership, not to demand he did it for free, but to have it fixed like I would at any brake shop. He called me a day later, and I asked him how much I owe him. His response: “Nothing. I stand by what I sell.” True class act.

Over the course of my exhausting three month long car search, I had been to just about every dealership and car lot in NW Ohio and SE Michigan, driven all sorts of cars, and dealt with all types of salesmen. Let me just say how relieved I was to finally end up at Hill's. Hill's Auto offers all the streamlining of a big dealership (fair financing on-site, extended warranties, etc) with none of the big dealership B.S. (stuffy salesmen, overpriced clunkers, etc). Jeremy is knowledgeable, honest and straightforward about his cars and their condition, and really makes a point to treat you like a person rather than a sale. He only keeps reliable makes and models on his lot, so I knew even if the car I was initially after wasn't "the one", he would still have other options I'd be interested in checking out. Jeremy makes a point to answer all questions, and go thru all paperwork with you while signing to make the process a breeze. So far I am thrilled with my purchase, and have sent everyone I know in the market for a pre-owned car or in need of mechanical work his way. Thanks again, Jeremy!

Very friendly and honest guy to work with he tells you everything he has done to the car, which I like some people don't do that. He also calls back in a reasonable time frame. I love the car we got and will definitely be going back to look here for when my kids can drive. If your looking for a vehicle I recommend this place so much. You won't be disappointed going here

I had been shopping around for a used car, and boy was I happy to have run into Jeremy. He was more than happy to work with me, and provides a solid warranty. Comes across as a very genuine guy, and is more than happy to work with you. I would highly recommend Hill Auto to anyone looking to buy a used car because he puts in the work to make these cars worth it to his customers, and his customer service is very good. Uses car-fax, and has a body shop with a solid mechanic that makes sure his cars are in good shape before he puts them on the market. Very happy with my experience and the car I purchased. I may not have gotten everything I wanted, but I don't think he did anything that deserves taking off a star since the things I didn't get were very minor. Will definitely recommend to my friends in the area if they are looking for a solid used car dealer.

I had been told by another car place that my car was pretty much done and that I needed to get a new one. I came to Hill's on the advice of a coworker. When I explained to Jeremy what I'd been told about my car, he told me that that didn't quite make sense and offered to take a look for me. It turns out that what the first car place told me was totally incorrect. Jeremy set me up with a mechanic and explained to me clearly what was wrong with the car and answered all of my questions. He could have totally taken what I first said and sold me a car, making the repairs and selling it for profit. Instead, out of the goodness of his heart, he checked it out for me and helped me find a mechanic who was honest. He saved me thousands of dollars and his honesty was very heartwarming. When I do need a new car, I will definitely be coming back.
