Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Perrysburg

Very nice suite. Enjoyed the amenities and full sized fridge, which was great for storing leftovers from all the near by restaurants that are available, to have for as a late night snack. Breakfast is decent, not exceptional, but it covers all the bases. Location is great if you are just looking to get away and not need to drive around a lot, stores, restaurants, bars, and a comedy club are all within a 2 min walk .

One of the best event spaces in Northwest Ohio! Sheri W. and her team pull off 500+ guest galas with ease and smiles on their faces! Lovely service staff, front desk attendants, bartender, maintenance, and management.

I have a great stay here. The breakfast was the best I have had at a Hilton. I wish their chef trained all Hilton chefs. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff were super friendly also. Great hotel!

Our stay was lovely. Sarah at breakfast was AMAZING!!! And so friendly. Brenda the housekeeping manager was so nice! The front desk staff were all very pleasant. Chris with Banquets was great too and helped us set up for our event! And Jamie helped us find what we needed at the last minute to get the room and meal set up just right! We were even able to find extra napkins to fold into little turkeys for the tables!

The location is great! Beautiful area with dining and shopping options. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The hotel was nice and lively! The front desk agent was great!

A lot of large free parking lots in the area.
Great, safe location with many restaurants and stores in the shopping area (Levis Commons) it is in.

Sarah, the breakfast host, was amazing. Her friendly smile and upbeat attitude was a warm welcome this morning. In the new age of guests expectations, compiled with the increased rudeness of too many, there's Sarah shining through like a STAR.

We were there to Celebrate our Bishop's 80th Birthday, the accommodations were wonderful, and if the opportunity to return arose, we would gladly return.

Checkin was easy. Housekeeping was very pleasant upon our departure. Breakfast should be included though. Location is very nice, easy to get to, right off the hwy. hotel was clean. Everything in room worked well. Microwave a plus. Nice community with shops and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Dogs are allowed to stay in hotel.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Pet friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly, everything looked well-kept, and the location was near shopping and many restaurants. And I appreciate being able to use my digital key and check in/out through the app.

Didn't stay in a room, but had a work function in the main hall. Food was cold, but we were one of the last served. Service was great otherwise, and the hall was clean and appealing. Good parking well lit too.

Everything about it was a great experience. The staff was super, the rooms were cleaned and AC worked fantastic! The location was also great with a lot of bars and restaurants.

As a Hilton Honors Member, and frequent patron of Hilton, I was disgusted with Haley. Haley was working the front desk when I checked in. She gave me a really hard time upon check in, and I was very flustered toting my toddler and 8 year old after a long travel. Haley insisted that I could not check in using my sister’s friends and family discount. I’ve done this before with no issues. We were not asking for the employee rate, but the F&F only. I was totally understanding and ready to do whatever I needed at that point to check in, but when asked if I could double check with a manager, she said quote “I would offer that, but I am the front desk supervisor, and I am well versed in this policy.” Her attitude was very unwarranted and snotty especially since I was nothing but polite and professional the entire time. Finally, after calling my sister, who is also an employee… Haley called someone by the name of Brittany (presumingly a manager) and Brittany let her know that it was fine for me to check in. I was listed as a guest. Haley proceeded very sarcastically to demean me. She said “Oh, I see you have kids, how many? I’d like to get you some complimentary breakfast. I like your nails, cute color. Didn’t mean to stress you out, I guess I’m not as versed as I thought on the policy. Are you ok?” NO! IM NOT OK!

She also didn’t offer me a Hilton Honors guest package which is typically water or cookies which honestly wasn’t a big deal but point it she totally made HH look bad considering everywhere else that I stay almost always provides immaculate service.

All In All— She made me very uncomfortable and never apologized. I recommend she be retrained because her pretend professional attitude can be seen right through.

Lastly— COURTNEY WAS AMAZING! She was our server at breakfast, and the food was prepared really well!!!! Thank you!

10/10 I do recommend. We've stayed here twice at the Garden and will be returning anytime we are back in the area.

Nice place to hold a meeting. The meeting rooms are nice and the service prompt and friendly. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

My Husband and I stayed here during Our trip to see Corey Holcomb at the Funny Bone and it was a very pleasant Stay! The Staff was very friendly. Even when I called to make the Reservations they were very helpful and informative. When We arrived the Hotel was very nice and clean. Our Room was very nice and clean as well. Breakfast was good also. I would definitely recommend them for Your future Stay!

Loved my stay. We enjoyed a show at Funny Bones, which was only across the courtyard. Had breakfast the next morning which was delicious. And our server Sarah was exceptional. A little pricey but it was the weekend.

I co-hosted a baby shower here in the Niagara room and I highly recommend the hotel’s facilities for parties. I especially commend Nick and Lauren who were attentive and extremely helpful. Thanks guys! Rental included a generous buffet and some basic decorations to which we added the pumpkin theme.

Great place to stay, very accommodating! The beds were a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean and big.
