I absolutely adore Tiffany jewelry, I own a few pieces but this was my first in store experience. It was wonderful, we were greeted right away by 3 people: a gentleman who held the door for us, and 2 ladies. I needed my necklace cleaned and I wanted to pick out a ring for my birthday. My necklace was taken care of in a timely manner and it is shining again. Jillian was the young lady who assisted me in shopping & she was so kind, confident & helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I also love that we were offered a beverage while there. I would absolutely go back to this location and I will continue to shop with Tiffany & Co.

I stopped in to make a small purchase last month, and I was assisted by Denise (I think that was her name). She was so kind and helpful another store had blown me off about a recent purchase needing to be cleaned, but she took it upon herself to clean my necklace so that it looked like new again. What wonderful customer service. If I am ever back in town, I will definitely return for a visit.

Called a day before to ask questions and the woman was very helpful. Went in today for my birthday and bought a beautiful necklace. The sales associate was a sweetheart and I was welcomed warmly when I entered the store. I can’t wait to come back and buy the matching bracelet. 10/10 experience

Walked in looking for a very specific piece online today. I was greeted and was introduced to Liana, she was beyond helpful explaining everything to me. I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend for our Anniversary, and Liana was very helpful with recommending a different piece that I ended up going with. She was able to answer all of my questions quickly and I left feeling informed! I was very happy with the overall experience from the moment I walked in, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a jewelry store. Thank you again Liana!

My girlfriend and I are customers of the Tiffany’s store in the Providence Place Mall. In our many visits, I’d be hard pressed to say someone could find a more accommodating staff anywhere. We’ve found everyone to be friendly, informative and not the least bit pushy. Yes, the jewelry is impressive, but it takes a great team to make all work.

I went into the store making a very small purchase. I was so impressed with the service I received. The associate went out of her way to make my brand new granddaughters gift extra special. I just love going there. I think Audrey Hepburn was definately on to something. Spend a little or spend a lot. Always treated well.

Wonderful experience as always with the Tiffany concierge’s in the past 5-6 months working thru the process of finding the right engagement ring and band.
Online / Phone assistance are as impeccable as any store .

Went into PVD to review bands and both concierge’s were wonderful with knowledge and assistance .

Everyone at the Tiffany store in Providence Place Mall is always so pleasant and friendly. I did some Christmas shopping there last week and I’d like to thank and recognize Cheryl C for helping me pick the right gifts for my family members. First of all WOW!
AMAZING experience!
Me and my boyfriend were greeted by a gentleman at the front door where our temperatures were taken and your given hand sanitizer right away I let him know I was in there to get my necklace that I have owned for 10 years repaired. He guided me to a back office where I met Margaret she instantly was able to send out my necklace assure me that it will be taken care of and shipped back to me as soon as possible . I have never ever had such great customer service she is so friendly so upbeat and also was able to show me around and show me some of the new goodies they had in the cases. NOT being able to shake hands and or give hugs is so hard with these tough times we are in she would have recieved both . I recieved my necklace today in the mail I have never ever seen my necklace look so good ! It is fixed and polished its like the first day I recieved it ! Thabk you so much again !
