My fiancé and I went to pick out my engagement ring and Justine was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was thorough and gave us great info! She recommended different rings to us after we told her the style we wanted and the price range we were looking into. She even suggested alternative styles we may be interested in just to see what’s out there. She recommended a ring that looks better than the original one that I had in mind as if she read my mind and we are very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend seeing Justine if you go to Zales in Providence!

Kenny from Providence Place mall in Providence, RI is the definition of customer service! He is always so friendly, attentive, helpful, and most importantly always makes my wife so happy! We stopped there today to get earrings for my daughter and we walked out with a five year anniversary ring upgrade. We always go to see Kenny when we want to buy any jewelry, he knows exactly what we need every time. We look for him when we visit the mall just to say "hello" at times. I really appreciate his enthusiasm and professionalism.

The most excellent experience we've ever had at Zales! Krista & Allie are very professional and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend! My fiancé and I are very particular and they both worked with us and helped us to find our perfect wedding bands! Allie showed me and took the time to help me find diamond studs ( surprise for my fiance) They took their time to show us pieces and did comparison for certain pieces until we found the perfect ones! We are very pleased and will be back. Wonderful experience !

Justine and Kenny made us feel like the only people in the world. Tremendous knowledge and service, ZERO pressure. The store has great selection and prices after much shopping around, we found the best ring at the best deal!

We get all of our jewelry from Zales in Providence all because of Kenny. Kenny has been out jeweler for several years and we are always satisfied with the customer service he provides. Kenny is like family. Every holiday and birthday we look forward to working with Kenny. Zales is lucky to have him. I will never work with another jeweler.

Justine Riley is AMAZING!! So patient, kind, and knowledgeable! I came in almost in tears after some brackets broke on my ring. She calmed me down and helped me get it out for service. She is the best and Zales is so lucky to have her. If anyone needs jewelry assistance they should go to Justine !

Krista and Taelah were absolutely phenomenal. They helped me look up my ring from a different country at another company they own, were able to find it and continue my warranty. They were super kind and helpful and the reason I come here!

While I was in town for business, my fiance and I were at the mall just looking at the Disney items. There were two young ladies who were amazing!!! I wish I had caught their names. They noticed the ring I was wearing, and I mentioned a concern about one of my diamonds she tested it and even cleaned the ring for me. They were so sweet, and I wish I knew their names. they deserve a shout-out and a dinner on zales. They even told me about how I can get my ring fixed at any zales and were so kind. We will be back to zales here at home

Heather was absolutely phenomenal!!! I’m a sales consultant myself and I understand the importance of great customer service.Heather treated my significant other and me as guest which just makes it a warm and welcoming experience.We had gone to a previous Jewelry store and we weren’t treated attentively after the first 10 seconds of being there.At Zales it was different.From the very first second we were acknowledged and guided with full attention with a warm smile and shown some exceptional pieces of jewelry. Definitely be going there again. We live in Mansfield and it may be a little bit of a drive for us but we love the employees there. The one in Emerald square mall is horrible so my husband and I decided that if we are going to spend money and get a great service it is worth the drive!

Absolutely best customer service! Went there with earrings needed a fix (were purchased 6 month ago in Zales Yonkers) immediately got a completely new pair . Did not have to wait for it or pay.
Wouldn’t go to any other branches ..
