If I could decorate my entire house in Arhaus, I would! I love the natural, beautiful pieces Arhaus builds and sells; some fantastic finds today! Erin was a great help not only this visit but the one before. She smiles, is very relatable and personable; willing to help customers!

We are so happy with our new couch we purchased from the Perrysburg location! Jim has always been very helpful! We’ve been his customers since 2016. He really worked his magic by helping us choose the right color and fabric just from iPhone photos of our room! Super impressed! Thank you Jim!

This establishment exemplifies the essence of extravagance and elegance. The prestige exhumed establishes a clear sense of class that other establishments similar to this simply lack. It was straight bussin no cap and as a billionaire I will be shopping there next time I buy a new property.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Arhaus on rugs, furniture, pillows, linens, and decor objects. I have never been disappointed. I can’t say the same for recent purchases at Restoration Hardware. I bought expensive tables from RH and the thin veneer on tabletops started wearing away within weeks of purchase. This is unacceptable! If I wanted cheap furniture I would shop at other outlets.

I have shopped at both the Perrysburg and Ann Arbor Arhaus store. I have had great experiences at both stores. I have worked with Jim Uncapher in Perrysburg for years. He rocks! Jim is very attentive to his customers' needs. I recently purchased a set of chairs for my den. Jim did a great job helping me select a beautiful fabric that is durable and compatible with other fixtures in this room.

As a customer for over a decade, I have never had any problems with customer service or delivery services. Keep up the good work, Arhaus! And don’t sacrifice quality when masses are ordering from your store.

I had the best experience with Madisyn at the Perrysburg Arhaus!! She was incredibly helpful and professional. And she even sent me emails after I left the shop to continue helping me with my furniture needs.

I am compelled to write a review because my experience with this store has been amazing. My girlfriend and I walked in late on a Friday night. A gentleman named Jim greeted us and assured us that we had plenty of time to look around. We were not really looking for anything but then fell in love with a sectional. All the options were laid out for us and we purchased the next day. We were called a few times about the progress and was delivered in a very short period of time. The delivery men were fantastic. Jim also called us within a few minutes to check on us. We will definitely be back.

Heather gave us the BEST experience. We have never shopped at Arhaus before, but can say without a doubt we will be repeat customers. Heather's service from start to finish, to follow up minutes after the delivery really tied together the order experience, and the product quality is fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for. Look forward to doing more business together!

I have had great experiences with the Perrysburg location! In response to the timeline complains that some have, I would ask how long do you think it takes to make completely custom American made pieces of furniture? If I needed something next day I would have went to Artvan and later been disappointed when the quality doesn't hold up. If you want disposable furniture with a crappy warranty than perhaps you should look elsewhere. I also think it is great that the Toledo market has such a great furniture option and I do not have to drive to a larger city! Spend local!

I have shopped at Arhaus for many years always with a good experience, however I recently had an unbelievably amazing customer service experience and I felt the need to publicly review. I was shopping on line with Arhaus during a sale and there was a particular art print i wanted to purchase but had trouble placing it in my cart. I chatted with Anita in web sales support who also wasn’t able to order but she suggested I call. I called and spoke with Anita in web sales who was kind enough to tell me which stores carried the print in my state, and she was also kind enough to extend the sale offer even though it had expired. Anita also provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately the store that did carry it was in Perrysburg, Ohio, quite a driving distance from me. I did contact the Perrysburg store and spoke with Ashley who did have the art piece i wanted and she agreed to also honor the sale and ship the item to me. However, since they don’t normally ship items directly from their store and since this was a clearance item, it couldn’t be ordered. Therefore, they did not have boxes appropriate for shipping this large item. Ashley, however, took it upon herself to personally shop around for a box, and during her non-working hours! I’m happy to say my print is being shipped today! Ashley definitely went above and beyond and provided extra-ordinary customer service, and always very pleasant when I spoke with her. Ashley is quite an asset to Arhaus and is the perfect example of exemplary customer service. I will be certain to place all my future Arhaus purchases through Ashley and the Perrysburg store. I have absolutely no affiliation with Arhaus aside from being a long-term customer!
