Old Station Cycle

I just got a broken front shifter replaced and a basic tune up done. Everything works fine again, shifting and brakes smooth and quiet. Good price. I had to wait about a week but that's very good considering it's spring and lots of people need their bikes fixed.

Extremely helpful. Bought a new Cannondale bicycle here today. They helped me outfit it with the accessories and were very friendly and helpful. They also repaired another bicycle I brought them. I’m very pleased with this shop.

Old Station is a great local shop and store. HONEST and HELPFUL. Yeah, there are more "high-end "places around town... But you never leave your bike there for service expecting to get your pockets ripped out for it. Charlie and the gang have all the high end tools and experience without the high-end cost.

I first stopped here to get some help with a flat tire that I had caused because I didn't know how to use my tire pump. Kayla put air in my tire, showed me how to work the Presta valves and got me on the road, no charge! We've been back to buy accessories (hanging lift for storage, cell phone mounts and car racks) and are delighted with their knowledge and commitment to customer service. Love Old Station Cycle!

Outstanding knowledge of bicycles. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I was having comfort problems with a new bike purchased from a different store. Kaley was able to offer several suggestions, the other store did not make these recommendations, only alluded to the possibility while Kaley had the items in stock and demonstrated how they would work. My husband purchased his bike here and a free tune up was offered while my bike store did not offer this. Do yourself a favor and try them. They are also located near the towpath AND the metro park paved trail! Cute store from a renovated house.

I haven’t had a bike in such a long time. The woman that helped us was super knowledgeable & super nice! I’m coming here for all my bike needs! I’ve never been to a bike shop before this visit. I’ve always went to a retailer. Never again!

On a bike ride from Rocky River to New Philadelphia on Valley Parkway I broke down and didn't have the tools to repair my bike.
I googled "Bike shop near me" and Old Station cycle came up. I called them and they immediately drove to me. They took me to the shop, repaired the bike then drove me back to the trail. Thank You!!! Amazing service. Much appreciated. Awesome customer service.
