Hartville Hardware 2

I really enjoy this place. Its close. Its quiet. The family that runs the place are extremely nice. You definitely get the small town, knows everyone's name, kind of vibe when in here. The store has been clean every time I've been in. Even if you're not seeking help, everything is easy to find based off their labeling. This is my go to for small projects.

The customer service is way better than you're going to get from the other box stores. I shop the other stores every weekday. The prices are competitive on most things. I don't think they offer rewards or incentives like the box stores. I could be wind on that. They are a Stihl dealer and will be an authorized service center as well soon.

What a gem. We try to go to Hartville Hardware 2 for our needs and stay away from the box stores. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they have what you are looking for, and they usually do, they take you to the item. Went looking today for a few things and found them all. Thanks HH2.

I recently bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Hartville - excellent customer service during and after the sales process, and their delivery crew were excellent - very polite and professional, and they took great care in moving the washer and dryer down our narrow basement stairs without causing any damage.

This is a true "hardware" store. I find my self going here more and more. They have a better selection than Lowe's and thier prices are very competitive. Their staff is very knowledgeable as they should be unlike Lowe's.

Spoke with a very nice lady whom answered the phone . Then she connected me right away to someone who could help me. They had the product we wanted plus awesome customer service.Thank you

Love the hartville hardware chain. I could only hope they build more. What I like about the new store in tallmadge is that I get the same small town service and friendliness but I can get what I need without getting stuck for 4 hours looking around like in hartville

Awesome. Bought my Stihl blower here and couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of quality tools.

I had taken my Stihl chainsaw down to be serviced at my Stihl dealer in Copley because it wasn't running. They were unable to start it. They said they didn't know what was the problem, they just couldn't start it. I took it out to Hartville Hardware in Tallmadge, the serviceman took it out back and changed the fuel that was put it in at my local dealership and started it up with three pulls. I highly recommend Hartville Hardware, they seem to be able to fix the problem.

As good as or maybe even better than the old Henry Bierce hardware store. Good prices and friendly helpful people. The remodeled store is beautiful and well labelled.

Anything you need or can't find , this is the place. The patio and garden section is beautiful. Filled with endless possibilities for a backyard. Highly recommend.

The new store in Tallmadge is perfect and easy to get to. The interior overhaul is amazing.
